Not gonna lie, these past few months have been amazing.

Tyler, Daniel, and I had finally moved to our new house.

I liked it better than our last one.

We threw a small party with Daniel's band mates, and my parents.

Kobe was my best friend.

He was so cute, but he did bark a lot.

He'd bark when I'd be home alone, and the first few days, it scared me.

I thought there was an intruder.

Now he either barks at nothing or the ghosts that haunt this house, but oh well.

Oh! I forgot to add, Maddie and I finally got together.

I really do feel something special about her.

I had just gotten back from a lunch date when I saw Daniel and the others at the house.

" Yo! What's good?" I say as I walk in.

" Christian! We wrote a song!" Jack says excitedly.

" Really? May I hear it?"

" For sure! We were planning on anyways!" Jonah shouts.

" Gonna give my love away, cause you don't deserve it, and I feel some type of way, cause you left me broken, though I tried and tried again see the fight ain't worth it, and no matter what you say you know you're far from perfect, you're not so perfect....." They sing in unison.

They soon finish and I clap, " That was great!" I tell them.

" It was inspired by true events, if you know what I mean," Zach says.

I think about it, " Oh, haha!"

It was inspired by the whole Melissa situation.

Ugh, I hate thinking the name.

Sorry, but she changed my life, and I think I have trust issues.

They sing mash ups and play with Kobe while I fix a barbecue.

 It was a great time.

Maddie came over after it to hang out.

We all went to the park to go for a walk.

" Hey, want to do a cooking stream with me?" I ask.

" Yeah, sure!" She smiles.

My life was going back to normal.

No, it was better!
