"I heard that the Snake Prince is ill." Y/n, Elder Nyon, and Luffy then rushed into the palace.

"Ah, Elder Nyon!" Ran said.

"You two, wait outside for a while." Elder Nyon said to Luffy and Y/n.

"Huh? But we're in a hurry!" Y/n said.

"I know that already!" Elder Nyon shouted at them. The twins then walked outside as he asked them to do. While they were outside, Y/n started telling Luffy about the situation with Ace. Luffy looked shocked, but then nodded his head, understanding what they have to do.

"It's painful.."

"He's been grasping his chest the whole time so I thought there might be a problem with his heart, but I couldn't figure it out. I've never seen symptoms like these before so I have no idea what kind of medicine I should use." the doctor said.

"Snake Prince looks like he is in so much pain! He hasn't eaten anything either." Enishida said.

"Luffy and I are getting off this island tomorrow!" Y/n said. "I wanna meet everybody as soon as possible!"

"Tomorrow morning, could it be?!" Hancock then gasped and grasped his chest even more. "Mon" Elder Nyon said the first half of Y/n's name. "Y/n" then, he said the second half.

"Snake Prince!"

"Elder Nyon stop teasing him!"

"You are making our Big Brother suffer even more!"

"I am not teasing him at all!" Elder Nyon then grasped his forehead. "I see To think this could be-!!" He started. "Damn, this virus attacking at such an inconvenient time!"

"Do you know what it is?" Hancock then looked up and stared at the old man looming over him.
