"are you sure about this violet?" keiko asked as i continuously packed some of my clothes indicating that i'll be coming back in the human world.

"yes. probably, there's no going back now." i stated as i neatly folded my clothes.

keiko helped me pack my things. it's actually not that much since i'll be bring some of my necessities and clothes.

as you can see, the name of my father is enki while my mother is kokou. i admit that there are times my mother could smell like an alcohol but still she's a good mother. when they met together, it's like they're partner's in crime as they continued to fight among other creatures to the point both of them got stronger like S class demons. it's been so long since the last time they fought and it's making me anxious that they're joining the tournament.

"if you ever happen to see yusuke, please tell him that he should be careful with his actions." keiko said with a sad tone in his voice.

i looked over at her and gave a small smile. "ofcourse! if you want, you could come with us there." i joked and she chuckled.

"don't mind me, i'm all good in here. just be careful as well and come back in here." she nervously said.

"are you sure?" i asked and she nodded.

this will be the first time stepping my foot for a long while in demon world and to be honest, i'm quite excited since i'll be seeing my family as well.

a few more hours went by, we finally went to genkai's place as our meeting place. i'll be going with koenma and botan since they were the ones who invited me to come with them.

"so, i didn't know that you're a daughter of two upper S class demons." genkai stated and i looked over at her.

"yes. it's just that i want to know what came into their minds that they wanted to join this kind of tournament suddenly." i spoke out as i waited for botan and koenma to arrive.

genkai took a sip of her tea, "maybe they have good reasons."

"right." i nodded.

genkai's presence makes me calm and safe that's why i like to be here. it's almost similar to my home back in demon world.

before i left home, i told my human parents that i needed to have a short vacation for awhile with all by myself. i'm glad they agreed on my decisions and just told me i should be careful and take a good care of myself. keiko almost cried so i laughed at her to make sure that i'm still coming back home.

after a few more minutes which felt like so many hours, botan and koenma arrived.

"we are very much sorry for being late." botan said and bowed down on me.

"oh, no need to be sorry. i really don't mind that much since i like staying here." i said making koenma and botan relieved.

"so, you ready?" koenma asked and i snorted.

"is that even a question? of course i am!" i stated that made koenma eyes' rolled at me.

"whatever yusuke's decision, i am sure everything will turn out just fine." genkai stated.

"i know even though it's hard to put a trust on him since this time there's still a chance that demon could dominate here in human realm." koenma said that only made genkai smirked.

"i can assure you that you don't have to worry that much." genkai said and with that she stood up from the floor to face us.

the three of us gulped as genkai stare at us with a stern look in her eyes. "whatever the outcome of that tournament, you need to accept it and as i told you, you don't have to worry too much. focus yourselves on being positive." she stated.

"but what if a bad demon won?" koenma asked.

"then just let it be but for what i sensed, there won't be a bad event." genkai said that made koenma just sighed.

"you three should go now and have a safe trip. make sure that you'll still come here after the tournament." genkai said with a smile and with that she left us three.

with the power of us three, we were able to form a dimension to go to the demon realm and within 10 seconds, we made it.

of course, we landed on the forest that i once grew to love and it brings so many memories just by wondering my eyes around it.

"okay, so where should we go?" botan asked.

"i think we should just wander around to find our place to stay." koenma said.

"you can stay in our house if you want to." i butted in.

"oh, that's too nice violet but we got this and we don't want to interrupt your moment with your family." botan said.

"are you guys sure?" i asked and both of them nodded.

i mean, there are some rest house in here too but i feel bad for just letting them go right away.

"no need to worry. we got it handled anyways. you should go to home now and just meet us up later." koenma said and with that they told me where they will be staying which is just nearby the tournament place.

once they left, i was still wandering around the forest. the forest where i first met youko kurama. it felt like it's just yesterday when it happened. i couldn't help but to smile by the thought of it.

once i reached home, i knew miyu already sensed my arrival by the way she's standing patiently infront of our front door.

"hey bitch!" i exclaimed and she ran up to me as if we didn't see each other last week.

"i can't believe you finally stepped your human foot in here." she joked and i just smacked her right arm making her winced in pain.

once we got inside our home, it's still the same feeling. i missed this so much and the sense of warmth and safety lingered around the house. also, it weirded me out when my nostrils smelt the familiar smell of spaghetti.

i went to the kitchen and came to hug my mom from behind. i felt her smile.

"welcome home, sweetie." she said and turned around to face me. i may not look the same form as before but still the presence of myself made her happy.

"i missed you, mother." i stated ane buried my face onto her chest as she brushed my silky hair.

"my my, you have no idea how much i missed you too." she cooed and i looked up to her to gave her a warm smile.

both of us broke the hug and just let her cook so i could meet father as well. luckily, father isn't doing anything today so i headed to his room and engulf him with a tight hug.

"oh father! i missed so much." i said as he picked me up to embrace me.

"i missed you too, y/n." he said and i could feel his tears dropping.

an hour went by, we were already in our dining table to eat the spaghetti my mother cooked for us and it felt so good eating with them in a long while. i surely did missed this a lot.

the spaghetti tasted the same just like in human world and it amazed me because how come my mother slayed this meal.

"if you're wondering how i learned to cook it, miyu brought me this kind of book from human world. what's it called darling?"

"i think it's a cooking book." miyu said.

i couldn't help but to smile weirdly to them. "you guys don't have to do this for me since i'm still the same y/n." i said.

"well, i thought you're already into human meal that's why i prepared something like that. i even let miyu buy the ingredients to the human world." my mother said and we just laughed along.

after the supper, we were all in our living area just casually enjoyinh each other's presence and just talking about some stuffs that happened in here while i was gone.

"so what made you guys join the tournament?" i suddenly asked making both of my parents just stare at me.
