Yes, I did. Neville and I didn't really talk at first until I asked him for help in herbology but even then he was hesitant. He later told me it was because most Slytherins harassed him often and he thought I'd be the same way.

We talk when we can but I try to help him in potions (I scripted I excel in potions) and he helps me in herbology. His fascination in plants is so adorable. Neville really is like a sweet puppy.
I met Luna for the first time when I took morning walks. She randomly joined me out of nowhere and just started talking to me as if we were old friends. I called her Luna and she goes "I'm quite surprised you don't call me Loony. Everyone else does."
I was like "You know they call you Loony and you don't say anything?"
"I don't mind it."
"But you're not Loony or weird, you're unique. You follow the beat of your own drum. I adore that."
She smiled at me and said, "That's nice."
