“Well, that was fun, but I think I should do the dishes quick,” I said.

“If you really have too,” Jack whined.

“I should though.”

“Fine, be quick!”

“I will!” I ran into the kitchen and filled the sink with water.

While the water ran, I washed my face, and got all the black off.

I washed about ten jars when I started getting a headache. It wasn’t bad, but after a few more jars, it was really bad. I finished the last few jars and set them down.

I wandered to the bathroom, slowly walking down the hall. I got into the bathroom and looked in the cabinet for medicine, nothing.

I looked in the mirror and noticed I still had the black on my face. I went to wash it off when I remembered, I had washed it off already.

I looked in the mirror and noticed that the new black stuff was coming from MY eyes.

I started running to the living room. I didn’t make it. My knees buckled and I fell. I yelled for Jack.

I stayed conscious just long enough to see Jack come around the corner and run towards me.
