It was now the morning of our first day of our last year at Hogwarts, I had an idea of what I wanted to do when I left, I wanted to do something to do with writing, like a journalist. Harry had gotten captain of the Quidditch team while Hermione and Ron were assigned prefects. Harry's was able to return to Hogwarts after his court hearing. It was time to leave to go to Kings Cross Station. All our trunks were downstairs and we were eating breakfast.
''Wonder who the DADA teacher is this year'' George says while eating his cornflakes.
''I know, I think it might actually be someone nice this year.'' I say.
''What nice person would go for a job that is basically cursed'' Lee says.
''True'' I reply. ''I can't wait for quidditch this year, it feels like it's been so long since we last played''
''It has been, we haven't even practiced in over a year'' Fred says.
We sit and eat the rest of our breakfast before it gets to the time to leave. We are all stood in the kitchen saying goodbye to everyone who wasn't coming to the station. Mum, Dad, Molly and Arthur were the ones coming to drop us off. We apparated to the station and we all went through the barrier. The train was in the station, sounds of wizards and witches filled the platform and the sound of the engine getting ready.
''I love you Mum, I love you Dad'' I say hugging each of them.
''We love you too darling, have you remembered everything?'' My mother asks.
''Yes I have everything'' I reply.
''Not be long before we see you again, our first Christmas as a family this year'' Dad says.
''I know and I can't wait'' I say smiling.
''Well you best be off, we don't want you missing the train'' Dad says hugging me again. I then give my mum a hug.
''Bye Molly, bye Arthur'' I wave.
''Hey you didn't think you were getting away without a hug'' Molly says.
''Goodbye Molly, see you at Christmas'' I say hugging her.
''Bye Mum, bye Dad'' I say getting on the train.
''Look after her boys'' My Dad says to Fred and George though he winks at Fred.
We all just fit into one compartment though I had to sit on Fred's knee and Alicia sat on Lee's.
''Can't believe this is our last year, I remember my first ever time getting on the train'' I say.
Flash back
I got on to the train by myself after getting to the platform with my brother. My chauffeur, Alexander, had dropped us off at the station. I took my seat in a compartment on my own after my brother had left me to find his friends. I had my uniform on and I looked very smart. I sat next to the window as we left the station I saw all the parent's waving at their children, I had nobody to wave to. Suddenly I turn to see the door of the compartment door opening.
''Alright if we sit in here'' The ginger boy says, he looked very tall for his age. Behind him was another boy who was identical to him. Twins.
''Yeah sure, I don't have any friends here'' I say.
''Well now you do, I'm Fred and this is George'' says Fred sticking his hand out to shake.
''I'm Y/N, it's nice to meet you both'' I say shaking his hand. There was a moment of silence as mine and Fred's eyes meet. His eyes were dark, rich brown. This lasted until George interrupted us.
''Come on Fred sit down, we didn't come here for you to fall in love''
They take there seats in front of me.
''So what house do you think you'll be in'' Fred asks me.
''Well my mum and dad were Slytherins though my Uncle was a Gryffindor so I'm not sure'' I say.
''Well we're going to be Gryffindor's for sure, our brothers were in Gryffindor'' George says.
''My brother is a Slytherin, we aren't much alike though'' I say.
''We can still be friends if you're a Slytherin'' Fred says giving me a small smile.
The door opens again, this time it was a boy with dreadlocks.
''Any room in here?'' He asks.
''Yeah come in'' George says.
''This year is going to be epic, I'm Lee by the way'' he says excitedly.
''Well hello Lee, I'm Y/N'' I say.
''Yeah and I'm George and he's Fred'' George says.
Flashback over
''Yeah I remember that like it was yesterday, we we're so little and your voice was so high pitched Lee'' George says as we all laugh.
''I'm going to miss being with you all everyday'' Fred says.
''You'll still see me'' George says, Fred rolls his eyes jokingly. ''As soon as we get the shop open we'll be moving into our own house''
''That's great, I'll be over everyday'' I joke.
''You're welcome anytime'' Fred says.
We sit and talk for the rest of the journey to Hogwarts, we made sure nobody fell asleep as this was one of our last train rides together.
