Karma POV

"I love you. Isn't that such an easy thing to say? But it holds so much weight. I would die for you is easy too. It's just meaningless words that we say to earn someone's love. We mean nothing by them though. How horrible. But you can believe me when I say I love you. I'll never stop loving you, I'll love you with my whole heart until it pops. I'll love you forever. Till death do us part."

Nagisa thrashes in the chair as I bring the knife closer. His hair moving like a fish out of water and his screams silent pleas for me to let him live.

"To death do us part? Then I guess we'll be parting."

The silence echos through the room. No more thrashing. No more screaming. No more Nagisa.

Love is complex, but murder is easy.

And I suppose they have their similarities.

Red.

Pain.

Anger.

But it's all just a game.

Waiting to see who live, who dies and who we marry.

It's a sick game.

But it's the game we all must play.

So let's see who ends up married.

And who ends up dead.
