Chapter 17; dates part one

Sky's pov (a/n; anytime it says sky its means skylar unless I put blue then it still means skylar if it's skylynn I'll put her whole name)
*just got home from the store*
Sam, Luke, Jc, dad, and Ricky helped me put away all the food and let me tell you we now have food for maybe a week considering how many people are living here. I checked the time. It was 3:50 PM. Crap almost forgot my date with prints hopefully charming at five. Quickly went up to my room. I was looking through my closet for about 10 minutes now and haven't got a clue what to wear. So I decided to go to 'sudden-death', as I like to call it. I walked out of my room and into Jessie's room. She wasn't there. Kaelee's, nope. Hope, not there either. So I walk downstairs, I went to the kitchen and saw dad drinking Starbucks. "Hey dad who's home?" I asked not trying to sound suspicious. "Jc, Kian, Luke, Sam, Cam and Nash," dad said while scrolling through tumbler. "Where are they?" I asked while pulling out of glass and filling it up with cold water. (A/n; I change the number of floors in the house it's not seven it's 10 so the date was Skylar that Hayes is having with her will be on the 10th floor not the seventh floor sorry for any confusion.) "Ninth floor." He said will taking another sip of Starbucks. "Thanks dad." I said then ran to the elevator. I press the up button and it opened. I press the nine on the button thing and it started going up. When it opened it revealed the boys. "What's up sky," Sam asked. "Nothing just came to see what you guys were doing," I said while taking a seat next to Cam on my my right in Nash to my left. #Cashwitch. "Well me and Kian and we're going to film." Jc said. "Luke and I were going to the beach to look for cute girls," Sam said and I rolled my eyes. "Good luck Lukey," I said. "Won't need luck because the luck is right here," Luke said were pulling up his shirt revealing his abs and once again I rolled my eyes. "Save it for the beach," I said and everyone laughed. "And besides if that's luck I got some too." I said lifting up my shirt a little just to show my sixpack on my stomach. "zzzzzaaaammmm," Nash said. "You're making me feel insecure," cam said. I laughed. "Nash, Cam come with me for a little bit I need your help," I said. "With what?" Luke said. Ugh his protectiveness just kicked in. "Not like that," I said and pulled the boys up off the couch. "Sky." Luke said. "Look Luke trust me I don't like them I mean sure Cam has the abs I want, and I wish I had Nash's eyes but I like Hayes," I said and covered my mouth instantly regretting the last three words I said. "You what?" Luke said. "I love you," I said and repeatedly pressed floor number two's button until the elevator doors closed leaving a pissed Luke on floor nine. "So..." Cam said. "Abs...." Nash said. Then we laughed. The doors open and I quickly ran to my room dragging the boys behind me. I pulled them into my room and locked the door and push them on my bed. "So what do you need help with?" Cam asked. I showed them the note. "Aww", they both said. My face went red. "Shut up, I just don't know what to wear and I don't want to go to 'sudden death'," I said while taking a seat on my couch. "'Sudden-death?'" They both asked confused. "My sisters," I said though grated teeth. "Why wouldn't you ask them?" Cam asked still confused. "Because they're all girly and wear dresses and are pretty." I mumble the last part. "Oh," Nash commented I nodded. "So can you guys pick out a shirt and shorts or whatever and I'm going to go take a shower." I said while grabbing my light blue towel. "Got it," Cam said well I plugged in my iPhone into its charger. "Thanks guys," I said then walked into the bathroom.

Jess' pov
Hope, Andrea,Kaelee and I went shopping for Kaelee and I's date's tonight. We were gonna invite Skylar but we know she doesn't like shopping, and why not?! She's a girl! But whatever I'm over it. "This ones cute," Kaelee said holding up a blue two-piece swimsuit with fringe on the top. "That looks so cute on you, go try it on now!" I squealed. "Okay," she said then ran to a dressing room. I was looking through shirts, then I came across a light purple T-shirt. I don't wear shirts but Trevy said to dress casual and Andrea let it slip that we are going to the carnival. I'm really excited, I've never been to one. I took the shirt and the hanger. Then I went to the shorts. I was going around and found a pair of white ripped shorts with those long pockets. "That's cute," Andrea said well looking at me as I was holding the clothes up to my body. "Thanks," I said with a smile. "I think I'm going to get it," I said. "You should because Trevor would love you in that, I mean I know what he would love you in," Andrea said well winking at me multiple times. "Oh Kay well then," I said.we laughed then Andrea picked up Hope as Kaelee walked out of the dressing room. "How does it look?" Kaelee asked. "Amazing," I said. "Gorgeous," Andrea commented. "Buttaful," Hope said which made us all laugh. "So do you have something to go over that or..." Andrea asked. "Yes I have a blue sundress to put over this at home." She said. "Go change," I said she changed and we paid for the clothes then we on our way home and good thing too because it's 4 PM In my dates in two hours and Kaelee's is in three.

Matt's pov
Johnson, Jack, Trevor, Aaron, Skylynn, Cody, Hayes, Shawn, Taylor, Carter, and I were at the skate park. Right now Cody is helping sky learn how to Penny board and it was kinda cute. "GUYS LOOK IM RIDING IM RIDING!" Sky shouted and I started recording to show Nash later. "Go sky!" I shouted. "You can do it," Johnson said. "You got this babe," Cody said. "Babe?" Everyone question except sky and Cody. Skylynn stopped the penny board and walked over to Hayes. "No telling Nash!" She shouted up to him. He then bent down to her I level and asked, "No telling Nash what?" "That Coda is my boyfriend," she said then covered her mouth. We all look wide eyed at them, but Hayes looked ready to kill. "Since when?" He asked and probably his calmest most, is voice at the moment. "About an hour ago," Cody said kinda sounding scared of Hayes, I would be too. "I won't tell Nash but you will have to eventually," He said. She jumped and gave him a hug. Then said, "thanks hayesy I love you." "Okay not to run this cute moment but is anyone hungry?" Carter asked. We all laughed. Then we started skating, slowly might I add, on our penny boards only because sky was still learning, down to culvers. "Oh crap I got to go guys I'm sorry, Sky are you staying?" Hayes asked. "Yes I'm staying but why are you leaving?" She questioned and we all agreed. "My date," he said. "With Skylar." He added with a smile.

Skylar's pov
"I don't like it," I say to Cam and Nash. "Did you pick anything else?" I question not agreeing with the first five outfits they had picked. "Hold on," Cam said. And they both walked into my closet and I followed. They both close their eyes and spun around the Nash picked out a pair of short shorts and Cam pick out a shirt. I laughed as they placed the clothes on my couch. "So this is how you've been picking them out?" I said looking at the boys with crossed arms. "You got a better idea?" Nash said in a 'duh' tone. I shrugged and looked at the clothes they actually look good together. It was a pair of ripped black short shorts with a light tie dye shirt that says 'live life' on the front and, '& sleep tight' on the back. It's a shirt I got at Kohl's. (A/N; I wish this was a real shirt, tell me if it is.) "I like it guys thanks," I said then grab the clothes. "What no hug?" Cam asked and put his hand on his heart for what I like to call dramatic affect. "Can I you know, change?" I asked slightly laughing. "Kay," they said. I walked into the bathroom, and unwrapped the towel from my body, slipped on my white undergarments, then my shirt and lastly my short shorts, which aren't too short I don't even know why they're called that but anyways, I took my hair that was in the towel down and towel dried it a little. Then I let it fall even though I don't like my hair it's natural self, curly, cause I don't want the guys to wait forever. (A/n; if I didn't say so before her hair is black and when straighten it reaches her knees.) "Did you cut your hair?" Cam asked running up to me and feeling my hair, while I laughed. "What's so funny?" He asked. "It's just not straightened bro & it's naturally like this my sisters envy my curly fry hair as were I hate it." I said dramatically falling on my bed. "Where these," Nash said walking out of my closet with a pair of black and white converse. "Perfect, maybe I'll just ask you guys for fashion advice from now on," I said well slipping on those shoes and tying the laces. "What time is it?" I question running to plug in my straightener in, in the bathroom. "4:45 PM," Nash shouted to me. "Thanks guys," I said while giving them each a hug. "Good luck on your date girl," Nash said in a girly voice. "You get him girl, Cam said capping Nash's voice, we laughed a little. "Thanks guys," I said then ran to the bathroom to straighten my hair. I heard my door open and close I just assumed it was Nash and Cam leaving, but no it was Luke. Ugh great. "What's up?" I say like nothing happened. "Where are you going?" He asked. "Nun-ya," I said still straightening my hair. "Excuse me!?" He shouted at me which scared me causing me to jump in almost drop my straightener. "Get out please," I said calmly to him, trying to finish straightening my hair. "No I will not, where the hell do you think you're going with out asking for permission." He said through gritted teeth. "Luke look I love you but you're not my dad." I said well setting down my straightener but leaving it on in case I missed some spots. "Sky just tell me," he said it with sympathy in his eyes. I took a deep breath picked up my brush and said, "on a date." His eyes widen and his fists clenched, but I just continued to brush my hair. "With who?" He said anger filling his voice. "I don't know," I said honestly. Then I unplugged the straightener and put it in the sink. "How do you not know?" He question seriously. "Because," I said then through my brush in the drawer under the sink and walk to my desk. "No," he said. I then unplug my phone, grab my wallet, and a couple Black hair ties just in case. Turned around and said, "I love you Luke but I'm going whether you like it or not." And with that I walked out of my room and into hopes, I grabbed one of Johnson's black sweaters that said 'wildlife' on the back then I walked downstairs.
