Chapter 31: Going Home

They all went out of the facility bidding a goodbye to Tsumugi's and her family as well as the guards, Shigeo planned to shut down Team Danganronpa forever and planned to have a permission granted from the municipal to either destroy or rehabilitate the buildings that were built and abandoned by team Danganronpa into Health centers, stores, or apartments. He wanted to destroy the 53rd building though, where it stood was ruining the beauty of Mt. Kumotori. The ones who were wearing the guards' uniform changed back to their clothes and gave the uniforms to one of the guards "It's really thick, and big," Kyoshi said handing the helmet and bag to a guard as he took out his jacket from the black bag.

They all bid each other a goodbye one last time as Mr. Tojo came with the black van opening the trunk and helping them with their bags and packages. "We're going home! HELL YEAH BABY CAN'T WAIT TO BLAST THOSE MOTHERF*****S A COMEBACK!" Miu yelled referring to her neighbors "Can you not yell for once?" Keebo said helping her with her bags. Katsumi took out a remote and pressed it waking the guards who got knocked out by them up. And with that, Himiko now knew what the devices Katsumi planted on their necks were for, it was to prevent them from waking up until Katsumi wanted them to (Or also sends a shock in your body if you enter wake up). Gonta placed Mizuno's metal body on the trunk of Katsumi's car in which he was concerned of but they reminded him that he was carrying an empty metal body who can't breathe nor walk at this time.

They all had their phones disabled after the killing game ended so they couldn't contact any of their family members but now they're out they could call them again. They all exchanged numbers including Katsumi, Kyoshi, and Mizuno whom they already consider as friends. Shuichi, Maki, and Himiko hugged the three of them and for once in a lifetime Shuichi recieved a pat from Tatiana and a hug from Katsumi, it was both a sign of forgiveness he also apologized to Kokichi for the words that he said to him during the 4th trial but Kokichi said that it didn't matter anymore because it was all in the past and he understood why he said it. Maki then apologized to Kokichi for choking and shooting him with the poisoned arrow back in the killing game but he just said the same thing to her as the both of them settled it with a hug.

Himiko had the most embarrassing yet cute question of all, she asked Kokichi if the script he gave to Kaito back in the 5th trial where it said that he liked her was true. Kokichi admitted that he actually didn't know why he wrote that part, he thought it would be a joke but at the same time he thought it wasn't, so he just told her that it was up to her to think if it was true or not because he himself wasn't even sure which made the others laugh and Tatiana tease her son saying that he was lying even though he was telling the truth. Tenko admitted that she was in awe with both Mizuno and Katsumi as both of Kokichi's sisters looked cool and beautiful where she said that she could never compare to such ladies with perfection. (Fun fact: The name Katsumi is actually my favorite name because it means perfection and beauty)

Tatiana offered Rantaro to ride with them back home since they both lived in the same town in which he accepted while Shuichi, Maki, and Himiko joined the others in the van, Kokichi, his family, and Rantaro going to Katsumi's car. Meanwhile the van was noisy but it wasn't that annoying type of noisy but Miu was trying to turn it into one though. Gonta stayed at the back because he was big and Ryoma decided to sit next to him so he won't feel alone along with Korekiyo. Himiko sat with Angie and Tenko as the three of them hugged, Shuichi sat next to Kaede finally happy to see her again, Maki sat with Kaito, Miu sat next to Kirumi because she needed someone to shut her up just in case and Keebo sat with the two girls as well.

Mr. Tojo and Mr. Saihara were at the driver's and the front passenger's seat as they waited for Katsumi's car to start. Once it did, the driver's side from the violet car opened and Katsumi's hand went out and waved at them while the others who were at her car did the same Kokichi and Rantaro on the left side then Kyoshi at the left. Mr. Saihara felt his phone vibrate and took it out to see what it was, it was a message from Katsumi and a map that had marks in it.
