*I recommend listening to "Opening- Nicholas Hooper" from the Harry Potter soundtrack... on repeat. The exact emotion that I was looking for!*

The train to Hogwarts was packed full of kids who's stomach's were filled up to the brim with all sorts of sweets from Christmas and leftover Turkey. Sirius had dropped off Harry and Elektra with tight hugs and a promise that he'd be writing as much as he could (more so because of the fear that he felt with Voldemort being back.) He knew that they would be safe under Dumbledore's protection, especially with Remus around, who had left 12 Grimmauld Place a few days earlier to prepare for the next term. El felt safe with the power that ran through her veins, knowing if Voldemort (or anyone for that matter) had tried to attack her, she was a ticking time bomb waiting to explode. Harry felt somewhat relieved to be going back to Hogwarts too, being able to feel secure within the tall walls of the castle. He just hoped that Dumbledore had gone to extra precautions to keep everyone safe. It's all anyone could talk about on the train ride back, newspapers in hand at the announcements that were being made every single day by the Daily Prophet. Death Eaters were being captured by the minute but none of them would give the whereabouts of Voldemort. It had been nearly a month since his return and it was dreadfully quiet. No sign of him. Not one little hint that suggested he may be coming back for more. It made sure that everyone was as nervous as could be, but maybe that was his plan. El still felt like she was being sought after just as Harry was. But now with her newfound power, that might have made his determination to find them both even worse. Harry and El had both agreed to spend some time apart incase Voldemort assumed that if one was around, the other wasn't far behind. One needed to live to tell the tale! They were going to separate themselves as much as they possibly could when they were out in the open. Harry and El's minds had been racing with thoughts for the rest of the Christmas holiday. Why couldn't they see the Thestrals that guarded the energy according to Celeste? Could they see them now, since they had both witnessed Peter Pettigrew's death? Did the energy move places, back and forth between the beach and where Celeste had found it within a forest? Who did the house of the beach belong to? Where even was the beach and this forest? There were too many unanswered questions and El didn't like it one bit.

When they had all arrived at Hogwarts after a very stressful and busy train journey, Jada and El had made their way to their dormitory with Newt's tree between them both. Plonking it down on the side of her bedside table, she placed a tired Newt inside of it, with a few insects for him. El got out the Marauders Map from her pocket and placed it gently inside of her bedside table, waiting to use it again. It was the perfect ally in case she so happened to see Voldemort's name pop up from somewhere within the castle. Their trunks weren't with them yet but Jada did notice something that El hadn't, sitting on her bed. "What's that?" She said, pointing to it as El spun around quickly on her heel, still on edge a little bit. It looked like a folded up beige letter with a big red Hogwarts wax stamp on it. El walked over curiously, squinting her eyes to read as she peeled the letter carefully open. She was not expecting any letters this early into the school year. The Hogwarts stamp suggested that it had come from within the school... but who would want to see her this urgently? Was she getting expelled? She thought quickly to herself reading the words neatly written on the parchment.

Elektra,

Find your way to the Astronomy Tower before dinner is served. Come alone.

Professor Dumbledore.

"I have to go, Jada. Dumbledore wants to see me." El huffed out, folding up the letter and putting it in the back pocket of her denim jeans. She was dreading this conversation but knew it had to be done. He probably wanted to talk about her newfound powers, not to mention the lecture on how to be safe with it that was most likely going to take place. Jada looked worried but came down the dormitory steps with her nevertheless, in hopes of finding someone else to hang with. "I'll save you a seat at dinner." Jada called out as El hurriedly walked over towards the Gryffindor common room door and up the set of stairs to where Dumbledore was waiting.
