You didn't say anything to Law and just sat there. Even though Zoro was using the helmet from the kendo uniform you couldn't gather the courage to look at him. You wanted to talk to him and ask him what was he doing here, but you didn't know how. You didn't know if you'd anger your new boyfriend either.

"Maybe we should leave." You mumbled sadly. The fact that Zoro hadn't contacted you was a clear sign, and it weighed at your chest knowing that he didn't want to at least say hi.

"We're staying." Grumbled Law.

He probably wanted to make a point to your ex or something, you didn't really understand how this dominancy worked with men, so you decided to pay no attention and sink in your seat as you waited for the competition to end. As you had expected, Zoro won almost effortlessly and was announced as the winner of the scholarship at the prestigious dojo. He'd be staying in the city.

Once he was called to the podium, now without the armor, he looked up in your direction and smiled. You cowered under his gaze, feeling your limbs become jelly as your heartbeat once again increased. Law seemed to not have noticed, being to busy himself glaring at the poor guy to pay attention to what you were doing.

"Law, let's go." You mumbled, tugging at his sleeve and standing up.

He followed in suit, obviously wrapping his arms all around you for Zoro to understand you were taken, but you couldn't even worry about the jealousy of your boyfriend. It hurt knowing that Zoro was in the city and he hadn't had the decency to tell you. You had broken up in good terms. He had told you he loved you, he had said you were his soulmate. Why didn't he call? Did he simply not care anymore?

Or am I simply being crazy?

"(Y/N)!" A deep voice called for you.

"(Y/N)!" Zoro yelled for you as he finally came back from his competition, completely sweaty. He looked tired, but nobody would wipe the smile off his face. He had won the competition once again.

"Zoroo!" You grinned as you jumped onto him like a monkey, clinging onto his neck and waist and showering him in kisses. "You were amazing! You looked so cool! Nobody stood a chance against you, Zoro!"

You looked at him in amazement. He stared back at you with a warm smile. You made him feel special.

You turned around to look at him. He was so close you could feel his own warmth pouring out into you.

There were no congratulations this time. Just mixed and confused feelings.

"Z-Zoro..." You said, looking at him in shock. You hadn't expected him to chase after you. This was just too confusing for your little exhausted brain.

"Can I talk to you?" He asked, not even glancing at your boyfriend.

"She's busy." Grumbled Law, grabbing your arm harshly and dragging you out of there.

You didn't say anything. You didn't move a muscle. You just stood there and watched Zoro's figure get smaller as Law dragged you away from him. He had a saddened frown and it broke your heart. You wanted to run back and hug him, tell him everything was going to be alright. You wanted to ask him if he, just like you, still had feelings for you and wanted to get back together. But you couldn't.

You were in a relationship with Law now.

"What was that?" Snapped Law as he started the car.

"Uh- huh?" You blinked yourself out of the trance. Zoro's presence had put you in a hypnosis you couldn't get yourself out of.

"What's wrong with you? I thought you were over him already. Are you still just using me as a rebound?" He asked angrily.

"Law... N-no! It's just confusing seeing him in here. I'm sorry, let's get back home and talk about it calmly." You took his free hand in yours and kissed his knuckles, not knowing what you were going to do about this.
