(One last thing, can you guys leave me some feedback? Like, what you think I'm doing alright and what I could change? It really helps me make the book more to your liking! Thank you for that! Enjoy the chapter! )

It was about three in the morning when Jordan stood up.

"I should go. You have school tomorrow." He yawned and I nodded. I opened the window and began to step out on to the roof. I looked left and my eyes widened.

"Hi."

"Hey." Gun said with a questionable look. He was leaning out the window with a cigarette.

"Enjoying your smoke?" I asked with a leg still out.

"Yeah.... enjoying your escape?"

"I'm not escaping. I'm just.... out."

"Oh...okay..."

"Yeah." I nodded slowly and it was awkward.

"Stop smoking."

"Why?"

"It's bad for you. And the smell is coming into my room."

Gun pulled the cigarette from his mouth and looked inside, probably placing it on the wardrobe.

"There."

"You just put it down for later, didn't you?"

"No, it's dead." He said and showed me a crushed up cigarette.

"That's one from earlier, isn't it?"

"No, touch it." He held it out and I pinched the end of it.

"Ah, what the fuck?!"

"I didn't think you'd actually touch it!"

"Why are you smoking two at a time?" I asked knowing he was telling the truth.

He smiled and shook his head. Jordan poked my hand in a silent goodbye. I waved behind my back and he opened the door then left. Goo wasn't home yet so he should be okay to leave. I just need to get Gun inside before Jordan walks out that door.

"Why are we talking through the window? It's cold."

"Then open your door and we'll talk in the hallway."

I shrugged and closed my window. I opened my door and Gun was already there.

"Stop smoking."

"Hmm."

"It's three in the morning, why are you still up?"

"Why are you?"

"Bro, just answer the question. Preferably without another question."

"I felt like smoking. Why are you up and not yelling at me?"

"Do you want me to be screaming at you?"

"If you get all your anger out..."

"...yes?"

"If you get it all out now, maybe you won't plot against me later."

I smiled at him.

"Gun, I don't plot against people for revenge! Or maybe I do."

"Wait....so do you or do you not?"

"Letting people fear what is coming and letting them drown in guilt is the best revenge because they do it to themselves! You don't have to lift a finger. That could be my style. But you don't know that!" I smiled sweetly at him.
