Dear Louis,
There has been nothing happening the past weeks. No new pity, no new accomplishments. Dr. Silver says I've made little progress. I've only spoken two words to her since I last wrote you. No and Louis. She asked me to talk and then why was I there.
Mother just sighs and looks at me now. No one bothers me in school anymore. Lauren and James sit with me at lunch, conversing with each other occasionally trying to involve me but I never answer. Nothing they talk about is interesting anymore. Prom, marching band, our band, football, volleyball, scavenger hunts, new movies. Nothing occupies my mind but you anymore and how far from their world I am now.
James and Lauren called my house today asking if I wanted to go to a movie. I declined but mom is making me go. There's a new horror movie or something out. I told them I'd just read about it on-line or they could tell me about it later but they all insisted I needed to get out. It makes me mad since it lessens my time in the snow with you tonight.
They're here for me. I love you.
