"This is my chance to avenge my parents," Ermine growled, drawing more blood from Birch's throat. He was getting dangerously close to killing her.
Bullet jumped forward, in an attempt to pull Ermine off his friend, but Ermine turned, swinging the knife, and caught Bullet in the face.
Skye knew how Ermine felt. He had wanted to kill Rove as brutally as possible, but it didn't accomplish anything.
"Ermine! Killing Birch isn't going to help!" he had to shout over Bullet's pained screams. He'd never heard Bullet scream in pain before. Ermine may be more skilled; and more dangerous, than they thought.
Calico rushed back in the room. "Ringlet is distracted but she's going to be back soon. So either stop this, or let Ringlet watch death."
Ermine lowered his knife. "I'm warning you LeafWing. One day when my sister isn't the the room, you will die."
