isabella polibio living with an overprotective father, mattia polibio and his bestfriends kairi, alejandro, roshaun, alvaro. will they do a good job in raising her without a mother?
kairi has been distant with everyone since his moms health has been getting worse. bella noticed that kairi hasn't been home often. when mattia picked her up from school she asked him.
"dad why is uncle kai sad?" she asked the same question. mattia sighed he knows he can't keep lying anymore so he told her "his mom is sick honey he is just a little bit sad".
"oh no" bella said "can we go see them in the hospital?" she asked as mattia hesitated first then agreed.
when they arrived they waited in the waiting room since kairis mother was still asleep. (only bella and mattia btw)
bella was bored. mattia was reading a magazine. bella kept playing around her dad not knowing a fan took some pictures.

this is what the picture looked like.
"dad i'm boredddddd" bella whined.
"mhm just a minute honey" mattia said turning to the next page.
bella got up from playing around her dads lap and was looking around.
she saw the fan holding up her phone. bella quickly hid behind her dads back.
"what's wrong" mattia asked turning around.
"people taking pictures" bella whispered to mattias ears as he chuckles.
mattia pretended not to see the fan so they don't feel uncomfortable but bella kept staring behind her dad.
the fan finally put her phone down and pretended to look at a magazine. bella finally felt comfortable so she got up and started exploring around.
there wasn't too many people there. only a husband and his pregnant wife that was resting on his shoulder, and old lady who was sitting on a wheelchair staring out the window and that fan and her grandpa with a stick that helps him walk.
bella saw some venti machines and ran up to her dad.
"dad can i get some candy pleaseeeee" bella begged.
"no candy" mattia said not even turning his head.
"but da-"
"only chocolate" mattia said as bella clapped her hands.
"come on lets go" she said taking her dads hand and pushing him to the venti machines.
