Darry imagine

A/n: this is based off the movie National Lampoons Christmas Vacation
It was Christmas, and that meant one thing at the Curtis house. Chaos. Mr. Curtis always loved going out into the woods and picking out a tree and chopping it down by himself. This being the first Christmas without his parents, Darry wanted to carry on that tradition.
He gathered up the whole gang and his girlfriend, squished them all in the truck, and drove off. "Oh come let us adore Him. Christ the Lord." He and y/n sung
"That was nice, Darry, but can you-" Dallas was cut off
"We wish you a merry Christmas. We wish you a merry Christmas. We wish you a merry Christmas. And a happy new year!" He went on
Ponyboy groaned and Sodapop looked bored as heck. "Take it, Steve!" Said y/n
Silence. "Darry, can you explain what the heck we're doing again?" Asked Two-bit
He did. Darry looked in the rear view mirror. "What?" Y/n asked
"Some guy on our tail." He said
"Then slow down and let them pass." She said
He tried, but they didn't pass. They did after a while, but Darry floored it to get back in front of them. "Darrel! Slow down!" Y/n shouted
"What? Do you wanna be behind someone like that?" He asked
The car got back beside them. "Guys, look, a deer." Dally said
When everyone looked away, Dallas flipped them off. They got back in front, then Darry speeded up more. "Darry, cut it out! We don't wanna spend the holidays dead." Said Johnny
"I'll do the driving, thank you very much." Said Darry, looking behind himself to see Johnny, "I'm in complete control."
Little did he know, there was a huge truck with logs on it next to them. When Darry tried to get beside the other car, he got stuck under it. "Ok, I think we're good." He said
"Darry, we're stuck under a truck!" Said Ponyboy
"Do you honestly think I don't know that?" He shouted
"Guys, don't fight now!" Said Sodapop
"I didn't do this on purpose!" Darry said
"Our Father, who are in Heaven, hallowed be the name. And forgive my boyfriend! He knows not what he does." Said Y/n
"Amen!" Darry said as he managed to get out from under the truck
It was a little too fast, however. He then ran into a sign that welcomed them to the tree farm. "Ok. We made good timing." He said
"Hey, Darry? Did you bring a saw?" Asked Johnny
