Even though you and Fred had moved out to your own place, granted George was only in the house next door, Molly insisted that the both of you stayed at the Burrow for the lead up to Christmas.

It was definitely going to be a full house and that was the kind of fun thing about it.

"Fred!" Molly's voice came as soon as the two of you stepped from the floo. "Can you please go and help your brothers in the garden?"

Fred scoffed. "Oh no hello mother? Just putting me straight to work, are we?"

Molly rolled her eyes and made a shooing motion to him, so Fred kissed your cheek before disappearing.

"Hello Y/N dear," Molly greeted you, pulling you into a hug. "I just needed him out of the way so I could give you what you'd owled me about."

A week previous you'd found out that you were pregnant, but you wanted to surprise Fred on Christmas – the two of you hadn't exactly been trying per say, but more a situation of if it happened then you'd be overjoyed and if it didn't then there was always time.

Granted the two of you weren't married yet, and Molly had made no secret of the fact that she was wanting to hear wedding bells soon, but you knew it would happen eventually.

When you had found out you were pregnant, you had owled Molly to ask if she could put an album together of Fred's baby pictures and some of yours too so you could put a message to Fred at the end.

"Here you are dear," Molly handed you a small photo album and as you flicked through there were so many photos of both you and Fred in your younger years.

You pulled her into a hug. "Oh, Molly it's so lovely, thank you."

She smiled at you. "I'm sure he'll be very surprised," she told you. "When are you planning on telling him?"

"I was thinking tonight, when everyone else has arrived," you stated, and she smiled.

After a few more minutes of catching up, Molly promised not to say anything until that evening, and she put the photo album back away until you needed it.

You ventured outside to find Fred, who was in the middle of a snowball fight with his brothers. "Ever the child Weasley!"

Fred turned around at the sound of your voice and almost immediately ran over to you. "You know you love it."

You giggled but nodded, and for the next few hours you spent your time catching up with everyone but eventually it was time for everyone to gather in the living room.

It was definitely a squeeze to fit everyone in, but you'd unsurprisingly ended up on Fred's lap, his arms circled around your middle.

"I know we don't usually give any presents early," you spoke up causing everyone to look to you. "But I have a little something for Fred, I hope you all don't mind me giving it now?'

Nobody seemed to mind, and you could see Molly practically bursting with excitement.

Getting off of Fred's lap you grabbed the photo album from where Molly had hidden it under the tree, and you handed it to him before sitting on the floor in front.

Fred's face was puzzled as he flicked through the photo album, clearly not knowing what to think but his face completely changed when he reached the last page.

On the last page you had written a little message to Fred, simply asking him who he thought your baby would look more like and as he read this message his face went from shock to pure happiness.

"How did you do this?" he questioned with a huge smile on his face.

"You need to tell me what you think first," you told him.

"And explain to the rest of us!" George piped up causing you to laugh.

Fred essentially threw the photo album at his twin before standing up to scoop you into his arms, pulling you close against him.

"Best early Christmas present ever," he whispered into your hair. "A tiny trickster."
