"Where are we running to?" I ask. "To a portal." Anna replies. A portal? How many magical things are on this Earth?! "Where will it take us?" I ask. "To the Elemental Valley." she says. Definitely a lot of magical things on this Earth.

Then we stop. I realize where we are. The hill. My hill.

*flashback-10 years ago*

Today was my last visit to my hill. I loved that hill. I always play on it. There was nothing special about it. It was green and a bit lumpy like other hills. But I really like this hill for some reason.

I sit on the hill. "Today I'm at my island, Mommy!" I squealed. My island is in the middle of water. It has a big house on it. It was made of brown wood and pretty flowers. I always feel like I'm really there and still at the hill at the same time.

"Okay, my little flower. Have fun." said Mommy. And I did.

*End of flashback*

Maybe that's why I loved this hill so much. Because it's a magical portal. Reading my mind, Anna says,"You've showed a lot of interest for this hill as a child. Your mind seemed to notice it because of it being a portal for elemental mages like yourself."

Then I thought of something I've never considered before. "Are you an elemental mage too, Anna?" I ask. "Yes, for now. When your training is complete, I'll no longer be an elemental mage. You will." Anna replied.

"Which element?"

"Earth of course. How else would I be able to teach you?"

I nod. "When are new elemental mages chosen?" I ask.

"When the mages achieve age 40, the new ones begin their training for a few months, separately. When training is finished, they are brought together and are officially the new elemental mages."

Another nod. She never specified how many months. I wonder who are the other mages. "Enough talk. We need to head through the portal." Anna says.

We stand on top of the hill. "Look up and close your eyes for a minute." instructs Anna. I do what she says. I hear what sounds like wind swirling around. When it stops I open my eyes.

I'm in a valley with a large house in between it. It looks peaceful and natural. The house looks earth-friendly. Anna stands next to me. "Where are we?" I ask.

"Elemental Valley, the home of the elemental mages." Anna replies.
