Sketch POV

I woke up to the smell of bacon. Bacon. Is hella good.

Weekend breakfast is what I live for.

I got up. I fixed my hair in a braid and walked to the kitchen

"Good morning" I say to my mom in the kitchen cooking and my dad sitting at the small table we have in the kitchen. Who was just looking at the small tv in the kitchen with a sports magazine drinking his dark coffee.

"Morning" they both said grumpy

"Smells good ma' whatcha making" I say

"I actually need eggs. Go to the small market down the street for me will ya' hon" she said not looking at me

"Um. Sure" I said. She handed me money. I put on my shoes and glasses. I was already wearing an old t shirt and yoga pants. I grab my skate board and leave

I past by neighbors and snotty bitches, little kids playing freeze tag and teenage boys helping there dad with the car. Older ladies hand washing clothes and not old but not young woman gossiping in their porch. Guys hitting on girls while the girls act like idiots.

I skate past them all. I go to the market and grab eggs and purchase them.

I skate back home and run in to Ella.

"SKETCH!" She shrieked

"Hi" I say awkwardly because she got the neighbors attention from how loud she is

She was wearing jeans rolled up from the ankle with a black button up tied in the bottom part of her waste and toms with her reddish black hair up in a ponytail

"Are you goi g to the party tonight!" She says. Hella jolly.

"Probably" I sigh and lift up my glasses like a total dork and I didn't notice until she giggled

"Really?!? That's awesome. I'll see you. I have to" she says and leaves

I finish skating home and give my mom eggs. I put my skate board away and eat in silence like always

9:53

I was washing the dishes from breakfast. My dad was outside getting his tools so I can fix help fix his car and my mom was watching a morning show.

Then I heard a whistle and the gate open

"Jr!" I said a little loud.

I run to the door and open it.

"Hey kid" he smiles

"Ethan" I smile

And he hugs me

"Hi kid" he imitates jr.

They walk in with me

"How was it sleeping in a big house" I ask Ethan

"Scary" he says and jr. And I laugh

"Hi mom" Ethan says

"Hi" she barely says keeping eyes on the tv

Then she noticed jr. And stood up to greet him

My dad walked in

"Hey jr. Glad your here. Can you help sketch with my car. I have to fix the sink. The water won't go down" he says.

"Yeah. Sure" he says

"Okay. The things are there" he says leaving

"COULD I HELP" Ethan yells

"Um. Why don't you go shower" my mom says

"Okay" he pouts

Jr. And I go outside and start on the car

"Ready for the party" jr says opening the hood.

"Um...." I say

I get under the truck trying to pretend I can't hear really

"Hey. I why don't I call Shawn to help us" he says

"What?!?" I say accidentally hitting my self under the car

"I knew it. You like Shawn." He says
I get out from under the truck

"What?!? Of course not. I don't like anyone. Especially Shawn. He's not even my friend. I don't like talking to him. He's annoying. He gets in my business. Did I mention j don't like him" I say really fast really nervous

Jr. Smirks at me

"What?" I say

He keeps smirking

"Whaaaaat?" I whine

"You like him" he says

"No I don't" I whine

"Now stop" I say

"Okay okay" he says

We ended up finding what was wrong with the car and just goofed around. He went home to shower and get dressed for later and I went to go shower when my dad fixed the sink and then changed after wards.
