Monday Morning

Ayano had a blank look on her face as she got ready for the day. She got everything prepared in the basement, and had a syringe with a sedative drug ready.

This is it. After today, she won't see the love of her life in the arms of someone else anymore. He'll be all hers, and no one can take him from her. Even if anyone tries, she'll kill them. The thought of killing Budo was still in the back of her mind. She definitely didn't oppose to the idea, but when Taro is in her basement with no escape, Budo may not be an obstacle anymore.

She checked the clock, and saw it was time to go. She needed to get to Taro's house before he left to go to school. She walked out the door with an evil grin on her face.

Taro finished brushing his teeth, and was ready to head to school. When he got to the door, he said goodbye to Hanako and his mother.

"Have a good day, big brother!" Hanako smiled gleefully. She then grabbed his collar and pulled him down to her level, and whispered in his ear, "You better not forget about me!"

"I promised I wouldn't, Hanako. I'll see you after school. Bye." Taro waved as he walked out the door.

Ayano watched as her Senpai walked out the door, unaware of what was to come. She slowly crouched and silently walked up behind him. When no one was in view, she quickly covered Taro's mouth with her hand and struck the needle in his neck, injecting the drug into him.

Once she pulled the needle out of his neck, Taro started to feel drowsy and slowly fell to the ground. He tried to yell for help, but he was getting more and more fatigued that he could barely speak. His vision was getting blurrier by the second. All he could think about as he was falling asleep was for Budo or someone to save him. He tried to look up at the perpetrator of sedating him, but he blacked out before he got a full view.

As soon as Taro completely blacked out, Ayano chuckled to herself. She kept herself from laughing out loud, and gathered Taro in her arms. She took a hidden back road in Taro's neighborhood that she would take to get to her house after she followed him home. No one ever went on that road, and she could easily and safely bring Taro back to her house without anyone noticing.

Budo was in the Martial Arts Room, watching Mina and Sho spar. He took occasional glances at the window, looking at the legendary cherry tree behind the school. He knew how much Taro enjoys Japan's cherry trees, and he couldn't blame him. They were big, and in the spring, they had leaves that were a soft pink. Every time a breeze hit them, the leaves would fall off and fly in the wind. It was a gorgeous view. He wished to share the view with Taro some time.

Speaking of Taro, Budo didn't see him come into the school today. He assumes he was running late, but Taro hasn't even come by the club to greet him. Maybe he was sick? No, Taro would've texted him that he wasn't coming today.

Mina just barley won the sparring match. After cheering to herself, she extended her hand to Sho to help him up. Sho looked over to his leader, and noticed the confused expression on his face.

"Hey, Budo... are you alright?" He asked.

Budo perked up at Sho after his thoughts were interrupted. "Huh? Um... y-yeah. Hey on, I'll be right back." Budo quickly walked out of the club room, leaving his pupils confused and concerned.

Budo walked over to the window where he could see the fountain in the courtyard. He was expecting to see Taro peacefully sitting there while reading a book, but he wasn't. The courtyard was empty except for Osana and Raibaru talking by one of the trees.

"Are you looking for Yamada, Budo? 'Cause I don't think he's here today, I never saw him enter the school." Juku said as he walked out of the club room to see Budo looking out the window.

"That's what I expected to. However, he hasn't texted me about being absent today."

"Come on, Budo, you're just being paranoid. Maybe Taro has been feeling too sick to text you yet, or maybe he hasn't woken up yet." Mina insisted.

Taro was always a heavy sleeper, but Budo had the feeling something was wrong. Very wrong. "Well, the thing is..." Budo walked into the club room and closed the door behind him before continuing. "Something happened to me on Wednesday after school... I was captured by the Yakuza."

The club members widened their eyes.

"You were WHAT?!" Sho cried out.

"I didn't tell you guys because I didn't want you to worry. Please, do not worry. I'm not hurt, and my father saved me before anything could happen."

"Well thank God for that. So, do you think the Yakuza did something to Taro?" Shima asked.

The thought of Taro being in the hands of the Yakuza or in any danger sickened him. "I... I hope not. However, Taro told me the other day that he felt like someone was stalking him... and I... I promised to protect him. Oh God... what if something happened to him?!" Budo was starting to freak out.

No. No. He almost lost Taro once. He can't actually lose him!

Mina placed her hand on her leader's shoulder to calm him down. "You shouldn't worry, Budo. Why don't you call him? If he doesn't pick up then-" Mina was interrupted as the bell for class time rang. "Then at lunch, ask Osana or anyone if they know where Taro is."

Budo took a deep breath and nodded. He clicked on Taro's contact, and gestured his club to go to class as his phone was buzzing.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ayano was in the basement, just finished tying Taro up and was now gagging and blindfolding him. She stopped as she heard Taro's phone on the table behind her starting to ring. She looked over at it to see it was Budo calling him, probably wondering where he was. Ayano growled as she took his phone, and turned it off, silencing all of Budo's calls. She turned back to Taro, and finished tying up the cloth around his mouth.

Once finished, she walked over to the front of Taro and gently lifted his chin so he was looking right at her. She smiled evilly, and looked at her now captured Senpai with love sicken eyes. She then lowered her lips to his ear and whispered in his ear;

"You're mine now."
