Lalna and Nano were finished after a long day of creating nuclear missiles and defeating death. The pair decided to take a break, sitting outside not far from the moonlit quarries with their bodies close to each other and his arm wrapped around her small body.

"Hmm..." Duncan thought out loud, making Nano look up at him with bright eyes.

"What?" She asked.

"Well, it's came to my attention that there's still one thing I haven't taught you to do." He smiled at his apprentice.

"Oh?" She sounded eager. Nano loved learning new things.

"Well, since the end of the world is coming pretty soon, I thought it would be a good time to teach you to dance. Since, you know, you said you couldn't do it at the Christmas Party." He grinned like an idiot remembering those memories.

"And I'm supposed to think you're some kind of dance professional?" Nano giggled.

"One of the best." He playfully smirked, making her laugh harder.

"I think the only thing that you're good at is being clumsy." Nano remarked.

"And the only thing you're good at is getting yourself blown up." Lalna laughed at his apprentice.

"I still don't know why I haven't left here yet." She rolled her eyes sarcastically.

"Maybe because I haven't blown you up?" He smirked.

"No, it's more of a... Trust thing." She said, making Lalna smile.

"You... You trust me?" He grinned at the girl.

"Of course I do. You're like, my best friend." She held grabbed the hand of her teacher who was offering to help her up.

"Okay, just follow my lead." He smiled as he intertwined his right hand with her left hand, and wrapped his arm around her waist.

"Now put your free hand on my shoulder." He instructed and she followed.

Eventually, the pair were moving around in sync with the occasional spin from Nano.

"You're getting good." He said to her, making her smile.

"Thank you. You're not too bad for a man in a lab coat." She laughed, and he nodded his head.

"Thank you Nano." He smiled at her once more, as the pair slowly danced the night away.

A/N

So my laptop has a virus, so I may or may not be posting every day until February, it all depends. I'm writing on my iPod, so I might actually need an editor. Also, that means that these might vary in length (as some of these might have around 700 words and others have around 400)

I'm taking requests, so if you have a pairing, leave it in the comments and I'll dedicate the chapter to you!
