~~Natalie's point of view~~

It's been two weeks since River gave me his ring. It hasn't left my finger since. When people ask about it, I say I bought it. Luna and I are having lunch. I see Charity and her sister walk in.

Natalie: "Hey, Luna?"

Luna: "Yeah?

Natalie: "We should ask them to join us."

Luna: "I agree."

I get up and walk over to them.

Natalie: "Charity?"

She looks at me, and I can see her face is badly bruised.

Charity: "Yes?"

Natalie: "Would you two like to have lunch with Luna and me?"

Charity: "Really?"

She's super timid and shy.

Natalie: "Why not?"

Cherish: "We just came in to get water."

Natalie: "Oh. Well, come have lunch with us."

Charity: "We can't, Natalie."

Natalie: "Why?"

Cherish: "We don't have any mo.."

Cherish starts to say something, but Charity cuts her off.

Charity: "Cherish...."

Natalie: "I've got it. Come sit with us."

Charity: "Are you sure?"

Natalie: "Yes."

They follow me to our table.

Luna: "Hey, you two!"

Charity: "Hello."

I know Luna wants to ask about her face. I look at her, and she understands.

Natalie: "Order anything you guys want. It doesn't matter."

Cherish: "Are you sure?"

Charity looks at me, embarrassed.

Natalie: "Yes."

Luna: "How long has it been since you two have eaten?"

Charity: "Two days. 

Holy shit. What did Ronald do with the money?"

Devon: "Hey, babe."

I look up, and Devon is there with River.

Natalie: "Hey."

He leans and kisses me. River does the same with Luna.
