Kokichi: S-staring at him?! I-I'm sorry!

He's sorry? Shuichi's eyes widened. He's sorry?

Shuichi: Oh, no problem...

Kaito came, probably the last sane person inside.

Kaito: Hey, uh, come in!

Kaede smiled.

Kaede: Thanks!

She and Shuichi stepped in, awkward silence still continuing.

Kaede: Soo, how was the day?

Maki looked at Kokichi who was severly sweating, then turned to Kaede.

Maki: It was interesting. We figured out Kokichi had a crush.

Kokichi: NO WE FIGURED OUT NOTHING.

Kokichi had a crush? Shuichi sighed. This day sure had been tiring.

Kaede: Oh, really? Who's the lucky gal?

Maki: Gal? HA. HA. Kokichi? Girls? Don't joke around.

Kaede smile turned into excitement.

Kaede: So it's a guy! Who's he?!

Kokichi was silent. He almost looked sad. He was so done. Maki turned to him, noticing his mood.

Maki: Uhh, I don't think Kokichi-kun would like me to say it.

Kokichi's eyes lit up. Maki actually did something nice to him!? Kaede sighed.

Kaede: Oh, yes, I see. I guess that's private.

Kokichi: Nah it's not.

Maki turned to him. What was he doing?

Kokichi: Aaaand it's a lie. It of course is private, silly.

Maki sighed.

Maki: Dumbass.

Kokichi: Heeeeey, rude!

Kokichi smiled, making it harder for Shuichi to take his eyes off him. He's smile was.. Really pretty, really nice, like the smile of a naive 8 years old's.

Kaede: What about you Kaito-kun?

Kaito: Me?

Kaede: Yes, you. Do you have a crush?

Kaito blushed, slightly turning to Maki and trying to tell something with his eyes.

Kaede: OHHHH So it's-

Kaito: SHHHH

Kaede: OH RIGHT YEAH.
