Dream walked with CaptainPuffy and Karl. He couldn't help but notice how much his own feet dragged across the floor.

Maybe it was because the day had definitely been less than stellar.

Dream's heart skipped a beat as they reached the line in front of the office. He found himself instinctively looking around to see if he could spot where Sapnap and George were.

He let out a sigh, a mixture of relief and disappointment.

Dream swiftly walked towards the table and pressed the button on the left metal box.

Ching!

Dream grabbed the paper that was spat out. Sweep canteen. Mop gym. Dust common room. Dream carefully read each word on it.

Dream turned around, watching as Karl and CaptainPuffy both left to do their own jobs.

Good. At least I don't have to make up any excuses to find spare time to talk to Skeppy. Dream thought to himself, albeit a little sad though that he was left alone so quickly.

Dream decided to head to the canteen first.

He quickly made his way there, each step being swift. Before he knew it he could already see the doors to the canteen.

Dream stepped inside, grabbing the broom that was laid beside the entrance.

"Skeppy!" Dream called out.

"Yeah?" Skeppy flickered and appeared beside him.

"I have a lot of things I need to tell you" Dream said as he started to sweep the floors.

"Oh! I almost forgot, but how'd the confrontation with Sapnap go?" Skeppy asked.

"Not very well" Dream spoke, his voice faltering and deciding to not speak about it for now. "But, I there's something else that's more important than that! So Skeppy, you're a ghost, right?" Dream almost tripped from being distracted by the conversation.

"Of course I am" Skeppy narrowed his eyes a bit.

"Ghosts and spirits are basically the same thing, right?" Dream continued on, trying to make sure Skeppy was paying attention.

"Yes and no but continue with whatever you're going on about" Skeppy responded.

"Well, I found out that some of the books in the library have spirits trapped in them" Dream finally got to his point.

"Wait, really?" Skeppy stopped in his tracks.

"Yeah! That's probably why some have bad aura's. And it said that the deaths were the side effect of all the experiments. Didn't you die in an experiment?" Dream quickly explained.

"I did die from an experiment a while ago" Skeppy took his time before responding.

"This means we can learn more information about this facility Skeppy! If I can find more books with spirits trapped inside then maybe we'll find a way to escape" Dream finished speaking.

"Listen Dream, I know your really excited about all this, but be careful. Not all spirits are friendly ones" Skeppy reminded him.

"It's fine Skeppy. They're dead, what could a spirit do to hurt me?" Dream finished sweeping.

"A lot of things actually. If a spirit, or more likely, a ghost, is enraged enough then they can manifest strongly in different ways" Skeppy spoke as the two headed over to the common room.

"In what ways can they manifest?" Dream asked.

"A ghost can obviously haunt you and essentially sometimes warp what you see. But physical manifests include stuff like weather, bad luck, and moving light or small objects" Skeppy and Dream reached the common room.
