(Third Person View)
The flicker of the fires lit up the area surrounded by the metal gates, the guards monitored the gate for any signs of danger or unusual movement. Small conversations were being held by people sitting at tables, eating their given meals. Groups of people walked throughout the area just taking in the surroundings. Bellamy and Clarke sat together as they looked over the map. Y/N sat in her quarters, not really wanting to speak to anyone (her mother in particular). Clarke held a red colored pencil in one hand, circling around certain areas on the piece of paper.
"Okay," Bellamy sighed, "Tell me again." Clarke sighed as well, pointing at an area on the map with the pencil. "It's a Labyrinth, we go to the dam through this tunnel," Clarke explained once more. She outlined the area with the pencil. "It's all connected to the mine system, that's our way in," Clarke continued, setting the pencil down. "Are you sure we can get past the Reapers and the Mountain Men? I swear to god if your mom doesn't sanction the mission soon I'm going by myself," Bellamy said, leaning back in his chair. "You won't be by your self," said Clarke.
"Guess the inquisitions over," Bellamy said and stood up, "How's Finn doing anyway?" Clarke shrugged, getting up from the table. "I haven't talked to him since we got back. I don't know what to say, he just kept shooting," she replied. "We're at war, Clarke," Bellamy said, "We've all done things."
Clarke crossed her arms, looking down at the piece of paper that laid on the table. Finn walked over with his hands in his pockets. "Hey," Finn greeted, looking at Clarke. He then glanced at Bellamy and nodded. "Next rounds on me," Bellamy said, reaching for the glasses. Clarke laid a hand on top of his, shaking her head. "Why don't you tell Y/N what's going on," she said. Bellamy quickly nodded his head, setting down the cups. He walked over to the Ark station in hopes that Y/N would like to talk to him.
(Y/N's Point of View)
(Start Song) I sat on the bed in my quarters, my blanket draped over my legs. I flipped the white pages of the book that I treasured. I grabbed a colored pencil, drawing little flowers at the corner of the page. I smiled at the remembrance of Cass' favorite flower along with mine. I took a green pencil, coloring in the small petals of the tiny daisies. I pulled back the curtain of the window, looking to see what was going on. Large groups of people talked amongst themselves and laughed as a group. I smiled at the scene of everyone giggling and dancing around. I looked back down at my book, continuing to color on the sides of the pages. My quiet moment was interrupted by a knock on the door.
"Yes?" I said, not looking up from the book. I flipped one of the pages and started a new chapter. The door to the room opened and Bellamy walked in. I glanced up from the story and smiled. "Hey," I said, "What's up?" I put the book down on the bed side table.
"You missed the debrief," Bellamy said and uncrossed his arms. "Well," I sighed, "I think I'm done with debriefs for the day." He let out a small laugh, there was a long pause between us. I played with the strings on the hem of the blue blanket. "You sure you're alright?" Bellamy asked. I sighed and let go of the blanket. "You called me Lara," I said. I saw his eyes widened, he shoved his hands in to the pockets of his jacket. "Oh," was all Bell said, "I didn't mean-"
"No, no it's okay," I interrupted, "People haven't called me that since I was arrested. Cass was the only one that called me that, it was like our thing as kids. I would call her Roxie and she'd call me Lara." Bellamy smiled and walked towards me as his hands hung at his side. "So I'm being friend-zoned," Bell mumbled, but I could still hear his statement. "What?" I inquired, surprised.
"Just ignore that," said Bellamy
"No, no, I want you to explain that, because now that you say that, I'm uh...." I trailed, Bellamy walked over to me. He moved the book aside and took a seat beside me. I gulped, unsure if I should confess. "I've had feelings for you for a while," I claimed, "I'm not one to express my feelings towards someone. Usually I'll just ignore them till they eventually just go away." I used my hands to explain my point. I continued to explain myself, moving my hands around. Bellamy stared at me with the biggest grin on. "What?" I questioned, not looking up from the ground. Without hesitation, Bellamy grabbed my face and brought my lips to his.
