Brianna put on her new favorite outfit, which was the one Lauren had picked out from Urban Outfitters, and admired herself in the mirror. It had already been 2 weeks since her dad and Peter disappeared, and there wasn't a day that went by where she didn't worry for Peter. And Tony, of course.
Brianna knew that Tony could take care of himself, so she wasn't as worried for him as she was Peter. The feeling of uselessness just didn't sit well with Brianna. She wanted to do something, something helpful, but she obviously knew that that was a terrible idea and would probably fail since she had no clue what had happened or what was happening. Hell, she didn't even know if Peter was alive or not, which drew her absolutely insane.
Nowadays, Brianna was either found in her room watching who knows what or act school trying to pretend like a normal teenager. Just a normal teenager that didn't have and exe who was bitten by a radioactive spider, was spider man, joined the avengers, is now fighting off some hill billy from the south, can stick to walls, oh and has spidey senses.

"Why do I miss him this much? I don't know, it like feels like a part of me is missing?" Brianna tried to explain her feelings to Rue on the phone while flailing her arms around to help her express them.
"Ooooohh I know what that issss" Rue slurred the last word as to taunt Brianna.
"Rueeeeeeeee tell me!!!!" Brianna annoyingly said.
"You're in love Bri! Love Love Glorious Love!" Rue sang out the last few words, which drove Brianna even crazier.
"Shuttttttt uppppp pleaseeeeeee! I don't love Peter ok?"
"Whatever you say Princess." Rue sarcastically quipped before Brianna promptly ended the call.
Brianna flopped on her bed in agony. Did she love Peter? She groaned at her own cluelessness and, in usual style, screamed into her pillow.
It was Saturday afternoon and Brianna was bored out of her mind. She had absolutely nothing to do and constantly found herself laying on her bed dreaming about Peter. Whatever this mission was, Brianna wanted it to be over and fast. And with Peter walking out alive of course.
Brianna swiped through her instagram feed, dully as this was the only thing she could think of doing.
oooh cute dog *like*
Damn I wish I was her *like*
Why can't I be in Paris right now *like*
This basically went on for a few hours until, finally, Brianna's eyes drooped and fell into a dream.
In the dream
"Hey Bri!" Brianna turned around as she saw Peter running over to her with a bouquet of flowers in his hands.
"What's up?" Brianna prompted, already anticipating the answer.
"We've been dating for a few weeks now. And I don't really know if this is the right time, but I think I'm still gonna say it....yeah." Peter gave himself a self-confirmation before taking a deep breath to begin his next sentence, which was quickly cut off by Brianna.
"W-w-w-ait? You're not proposing are you? Cause if you are, imma have to politely decline in advance since I'm only 16 and you're only 17?"
"No no no no no! I wasn't proposing don't worry! Yeah it would be too early, noted. Anyways, I just wanted to say to you th-th-that I really really really like you and I think it may be love." Peter stammered out, mentally hitting himself every time he stuttered.
"You think?" Brianna prompted, causing Peter to turn beetroot red.
"I-i know." Peter watched in distress as Brianna finally smiled at the notion and his shoulders relaxed.
I love you too, Peter." Brianna said with a smile on her face as she leaned in to kiss Peter before taking the flowers.
"Love these too! How'd you know I liked roses?" Brianna asked Peter as she took in the rosy aroma, "mhmmm"
"Intuition." Peter quipped and wiggled his eyebrows at her.
Brianna sarcastically cocked her eyebrows at him and then kissed hi again.
"Brianna? Brianna?" Peter pulled out of the kiss and started calling her name, as if she wasn't there.
"Peter, I'm right here." Brianna waved her hands in front of Peter's face to try and grab is attention, but he continued to call her name.
"Brianna! Brianna!" The image of Peter calling her name slowly faded and then dissolved into there own bedroom. She groggily looked up and saw Lauren standing over her, looking concerned.
"umm, hi?" Brianna confusedly asked.
"Oh ok, thank God." Lauren let out a deep sigh and sat down on Brianna's armchair.
"What happened?"
"I came into check on you and saw you crying in your sleep." Lauren said, still with a worried face.
Brianna didn't even noticed that her face was flooded with tears until she had to physically touch the water on it.
"Oh God, I didn't even know." Brianna, who was now worried for herself, stated.
"Well, we might as well go get some dinner ok? Let's get downstairs, is Chinese alright?" Lauren helped Brianna up out of bed as she nodded to the idea of Chinese food. When they got downstairs, Lauren called up the nearest Chinese restaurant to order delivery and Brianna went to go grab a glass of water as she contemplated her thoughts. The dream just felt so real? How could it have been fake. Wait wait back up. Why am I even having dreams about Peter in the first place? Do I Do I? No. Brianna snapped out of her thoughts, refusing to believe what Rue had told her before and took a long gulp of her water. She let the icy water burn her throat as it made it's way down it and she closed her eye, finally realizing what she was feeling.
