Robin could keep the smile off her face as she flew across the sky, feeling the wind rush past her as she twirled and spun within the air. The Sky was shades of orange and yellow as the sun had started to set along the coast, where she thought was the safest spot for her little sneak away from home. Her scales helped to blend her in with the warm coloured sky, the only five away that she was there was her darker shaded scales that stuck out like a flock of crows.

She tucked in her wings as she dove down with a twirl, happiness bubbling within her as she soared through the sky.

The dragonets golden yellow gaze locked onto the beach, looking at the sparkling golden sand. I haven't touched sand in a long time, she thought as she hovered in the air for a moment before she made up her mind, tucking in her wings and diving down. I wonder how close I can get before needing to open my wings? She thought with a smile of determination as she tucked in her wings closer to go down faster.

The ground grew close with each passing second. She waited until the last moment before her large wings shot out, wind getting caught within the membrane stretched out between each of her wing fingers and elbows before reaching out and attaching to her sides. The force slowed her down and rises her up a little bit. Robin's legs reached out and pushed against the sand.

She felt herself stumble slightly but she ended up right and standing on the warm sand that moved and shifted between her talons.

She was breathing heavily in excitement, her ears up and a smile on her face as her golden yellow eyes shone brightly in the setting sunlight as the sun set beyond the horizon.

I haven't seen the sunset like this in so long, she thought in awe as she watched the colours merge and darken within the sky as the stars started to push their way through to show themselves, twinkling and shinning as though they were dancing. Two of the moons could faintly be seen, with one only being as thick as a dragons talon.

I wonder if the others are watching the sunset, her ears went down at the thought of her friends and family. She'd been trying to not think about them to much since the thought saddened her, knowing that her friends hadn't been found. She had hoped they had managed to get back home, or that they were at least okay.

Robin looked over towards the bright that shone within the sky, the brightest by far even as the sun continued to set, still trying to overpower it with its dimming light.

The hybrid dragonet sat there, watching the sun set and listening to the soft rolling of the ocean waves that tried to stretch up as far as they could along the beach.

The coast along Pantala was strange, nothing like the ones Robin had seen on Pyrrhia. The beach was sand, like most were, but instead of a tree line or grass line, there was a small cliff face that was about two wing lengths heigh. There looked to be small cave entrances, maybe even small tunnels or just little holes. Robin didn't know what they were, especially with them currently not on her mind as she contained to watch the sun set into he horizon, turning the sea a pink-ish red in colouration to match the sky.

Until she heard a faint sound from behind her. The dragonet spun around and looked off towards the small cliff face. What ever it was, it sounded like pebbles skidding across a stone floor and echoing off the walls softly. She wondered for a moment if she even heard it or if it was just her imagination trying to push her in the direction to inspect them. She always was a curious dragonet, so what was really stopping her from taking a peak?

The hybrid dragonet just stared at the small entrance of the small cave within the cliff face before her as she stood up.

Should I go take a look? She wondered as she took a few steps towards it, moving slowly stepping her talons onto the sand that shifted slightly under her weight. It wouldn't hurt, maybe there's something cool inside!
