Two cups of ramen landed on the table. Lucas took a seat in front of me, he opened a bottle of mineral water before handing it to me.
"Thank you." The chopsticks in my hand were stirring the ramen and leaded them into my mouth. Lucas said nothing, so did I.
But this silence made me keep replaying the scene where Taeyong left me on the sidewalks and rush to Sooah. Without my realization, tears slowly rolling over my cheeks.
Lucas didn't touch his ramen at all, instead he was crossing his arms and staring at me enjoying my ramen with tears. As I noticed that he didn't get his eyes off of me, I spoke to cast his curiosity away. "Delicious, I really like this one."
"Why did he leave you?" His serious tone stopped me from feeding myself. I leaned back and wiping my tears off.
"What are you saying? Who left me?" I chuckled.
"I saw you getting out from Taeyong's car. Why did he leave you?" He repeated his question, trying hard to get a clear answer. I stared deep into his eyes, somehow I feel like confessing everything to him.
"Sooah." Not begging me to explain in detail, I bet he understood my mean.
"Do you know why I bring you to this convenience store?" He changed the topic, just that easy he stopped feeding his curiosity.
I shook my head, eyes observing the surrounding in case there's anything special about this store but in my eyes it was just a simple convenience store.
"I once met a girl here. She was very happy eating the ramen back then. But today, she eats the same ramen with tears." I was a bit confused by Lucas words until I realized that he was referring to me.
It was our first met!
"Stop! Apologize!"
"Are you done?"
"Uh?"
"Can you move aside? You're blocking my way."
"I said apologize to me. You're lucky enough that I don't ask you to repay for your mistake in favour condition."
"So this is how you want?" He abruptly took off his long coat and put it on me. Soon as his coat was on me, he took my phone away and typed something. "I have no time to waste on your silly plan of apology and all, here's my number. Call me if you think having my coat isn't enough for making up."
I formed a small smile on my lips. Our first met didn't end well but it was a gold moment.
"You look pretty with that smile. That smile should stay there forever." I bit my lower lip out of awkwardness. He then laughed, probably want to stop the situation from getting worse. "Eat up, I'll send you back home later."

"Thank you so much." I took out my phone to send a message to Taeyong since I've promised him that I'll inform him once I get home.
"If one day, Taeyong get together with Sooah. Will you, come to me?" Lucas's sudden question stopped my fingers from typing on the keyboard. He was still here, making sure that I take the elevator in front of his eyes to ensure my safety.
Honestly, I had no answer to that question. I've once questioning myself, why didn't I just like Lucas instead of Taeyong after all things I've faced with Taeyong. It's true that Taeyong has never treat me the same as Sooah.
