One Month Ago

Sam's remembering hell, and you're concerned that if he remembers any more, then it'll result in his death. He was out for five minutes, tops, and he seemed fine after that, but that didn't stop you and Dean from worrying and speculating if he was going to be okay.

"How do you feel?" Dean asks once Sam gets control of himself.

"Like I got hit by a planet," he sighs.

"Well, lucky for you, I'm a doctor. I got joe, grub, and this," Dean says and holds up a bottle of pills.

"What are they?"

"Effective.

"I'm okay. Thanks," he scoffs.

"Suit yourself."

"So, how long was I out, again?" he asks.

"Five minutes, tops. What did it feel like for you?"

"About a week, give or take."

"You want to talk about it?"

"It?"

"I saw Hell, Sam. I saw and felt it. Deny it all you want but I know. You can't lie to me."

"It was fine," he sighs.

"You got a big, fat faceful of hell. Ever cross your mind that you could've died?" Dean shouts. Sam scoffs, but Dean isn't done. "I'm serious, and none of this 'it's just a flesh wound' shit. We did it your way. We let you go explore, and every bad thing that I said would happen happened. So guess what—past stays past. We're not kicking that wall again."

"So I'm supposed to just ignore it?"

"You kind of have to, Sam. You can't go out and try to fix things. It's been a year, and most often than not, you'll never see those people again. That last case was because he was pissed, but it's not going to be all of them," you try to reason.

"Y/N, I might've done who knows what, and you want me to just forget about it?"

"You shove it down, and you let it come out in spurts of violence and alcoholism," Dean shrugs.

"Sounds healthy," Sam scoffs.

"Well, it works for me."

"Not really," you mutter, but don't comment more on it.

"Well, anyway, it's not a joke. Your life's on the line here, Sam. This is not a debate. I mean, first you were a soulless dickbag, and now you're not. So are we good?"

"Yeah, sure," the younger brother sighs.

"Good."

If Sam continues down this path, then it's only going to end in bloodshed--and you're not sure whose blood will be shed.

Present Day

It's been about a month, but you've been careful about what you say in front of Sam. He's still remembering Hell, but it's a lot less since Roy died. He's been given the chance to go digging, and you know exactly the kind of road that leads to, so you and Dean decided to put an end to it. Sam's been trying to forget his past and focus on the present and taking care of you that he's been distracted from everything else.

You're five months pregnant now, and you're sure this is the stage in which discomfort takes a seat and refuses to move. Everything is starting to feel and look different. Not only is your stomach growing bigger, but your breasts are at least two cups bigger which is really putting a strain on your back. You're not used to the extra weight, but you're trying to manage. Thankfully, you have your magic to help you out because you know it'll be so much worse if you didn't have it.
