"Logan..."

Her hushed word pulled him closer to her, and they began speaking in whispers.

"Yeah?" he responded, stroking her face with his fingers.

"Can I...kiss you?" It wasn't a joke. She meant it. She locked eyes with him and squeezed his hand. She really did miss her big brat. She was told that she hadn't been awakened for almost a month, and just knowing that was enough to let her know that she had missed his touch.

He could tell that it wasn't a joke to see his reaction, and hearing her ask for his permission for a kiss made him happy. It made him realize how much he had yearned for her touch, her smile, her warmth, her everything. With his hand by her cheek, he gently pulled her closer as he did the same.

They slowly shortened the distance between them, turned their heads to the side, and soon, their lips came together. They wanted more than a soft brush, so their bodies shifted in their seats as their chests bumped against each other, and their hands tightened around the other's body—hers at the nape of his neck and his at her waist. Their caresses and kiss started slow and gentle, and then it gradually escalated as their suppressed feelings of fear, anxiety, and relief that had been the result of all that had happened in the past few days escaped and led them into their desirous emotions for each another.

"No! Me! Me!"

A familiar screeching voice from out of the room terminated their intimacy, and the two friends paused but didn't pull away from each other. Instead, they locked eyes again, ensuring that it was whom they were thinking of.

"...first...so excited...and...!"

Yep, it was their group of friends, but before they could think of what to do next, the door jolted opened, and it made the two friends reflexively pull apart from each other—with him hopping off the edge of the bed and her pretending to fix the blanket around her.

"Hana!" Hailey loudly gasped with her hands over her mouth. "You are fine!" She and Sylvia ran to hug her.

At the same time, Logan found this as his chance to escape by entering the nearby bathroom. When he closed the door, he exhaled with a sound and gulped, trying to accept what had happened before his friends' arrival. But before he could celebrate his and his friend's second—and more passionate—kiss than the first, he had something else to worry about.

A bulge throbbing from below.

The friends shot Logan a look when he exited the bathroom, and he avoided them, so the friends returned their attention to a smiling Hana.

Logan wore a frown as he went to a chair and sat behind a standing Seth. That man-girl, laughing like she didn't know what she did to me! He grudgingly looked at her conversing with the girls. I had to stay in the bathroom for almost an hour with nothing to "help" me. From now on, I'm forbidding you from violating me.

"What's up?" asked Seth to Logan, taking the seat beside his friend.

"Nothing." Logan didn't want to talk about it. In fact, it was something that shouldn't be talked about casually even if it was with a guy. "Who took you guys here?"

"Your brother."

Logan perked up and quickly looked around. His brother was nowhere in sight though. "Where is he?"

"He went to ask if he can take Lucas here for her to see."

"Oh."

As if on cue, the door opened, and Hugo and Lucas entered, with Lucas walking with steadiness as he held onto the hand of his uncle. Everyone saw Hugo hesitantly pick Lucas up and hold him from afar to show Lucas to Hana. Yes, to show. He didn't give Lucas to anyone and held him exactly like how Rafiki, the mandrill from The Lion King, held Simba when showing Simba off.
