"Cheers, to your first drink, a new home, new friends, and new memories." He said as we clinked glasses.

"Oh and here's to teenage memories." I added in as we clinked our glasses again.

It had been about 5 minutes and the waitress came back.

"Are you two ready to order?" She asked us.

"Yes! Okay so we will have a two course meal. And for dinner we would both have the Grilled Rangers Valley flat iron please?" Ashton responded. I nodded in agreement.

Ava wrote that down and smiled. "Anything else?"

"May I have a water please? With lemon?" I asked

"Oh may I have one too please?" Ashton piped in.

Ava smiled and walked away. Me and Ashton we're just talking about how amazing Australia is and how it's going to help me with my writing. I told him that I'm almost finished with one of my books and how I'm going to a publisher the day I do. I actually already have one, I already started talking with one. The company is Bloomsbury. They are also in the U.S. so that's how I found them. I only have to write two more chapters and I'm done. I didn't tell him what the book is about. It's about a girl who has been through hell to get to where she is now. She deals with abuse, death, and depression; but in the end, everything turns out to be okay and she becomes a role model for a bunch of kids who we're and are, where she is today.

"Can I read it?" He asked. "Like when it's done." He added. I paused for a second. Should I? The book kinda revolves around me and my life. What if he figures it out?

"Um, maybe. What kinda books do you like?" I asked.

"I like books with a lot of passion and meaning, comedies, and adventure." He said. I got nervous because he said he liked books with passion and meaning.

"Okay, you can read it." I said. I thought that he might not get it...he is gonna find out sooner or later.

Our dinner came and it was absolutely delicious. For desert we ordered one mango and passion fruit soufflé.

Ava came back with it and it looked so good. Ashton and I took a spoon and dove into the soufflé. It was absolutely amazing. I definitely didn't have meals like this in Boston.

Ava came back with our check. I grabbed my wallet and thanked her.

"What do you think you are doing?" Ashton asked sternly.

"Getting some money." I retorted.

"No. No no no. You are not paying. We just got paid and it's my treat." He said placing his credit card in the folder.

"But you've paid for everything so far! Even when we were in the States." I said.

"I'm paying because you have a little amount of money. I'm going to continue paying until you are stable. And don't say no."

I sat there with a frown. I sighed. "Thank you ash." I started, "it means a lot."

"No problem Lil'" he said grabbing my hand.

Ava returned with his card and we got ready to leave. We walked out the front door and walked to the platform. The was this like balcony platform outside the restaurant that looks out over the water. There's a perfect view of the Opera House and the bridge.

Ashton and I walked hand in hand along the balcony.

"Tonight was amazing." I breathed as I took in the surrounding view.

Ashton placed his hands on my hips. The size difference between my body and his hands was not normal. His hands were large and warm. I could feel the heat radiating off them through my dress. He stood behind me as we looked out over the water. It was beautiful out. There was just a slight breeze, but not enough to make you cold. I rested back against Ashton.

"You know what would make it better?" He asked? I turned around to face him. "What?" I asked. "This." and with that he crashed his lips against mine. They moved in sync like I knew them perfectly. He pulled away to breathe and he rested his forehead against mine. I hugged him tight and he rested his chin on my head.

"I love you."
