Kevin got ready for bed - for real this time. Earlier, he sat on his bed, but that had been... that had been to give into his problem.

His sexual craving now satisfied, he tiredly went to bed. It was 2:30. He'd been telling himself that he was going to try harder, do better, and get to bed at a reasonable time.

But he hadn't. Just like he couldn't control his horrible bodily urges.

No. You won't get to sleep if you go into a spiral of depression. Just... just focus on something else.

Lucid dreaming.

That was it, that's something he could focus on. He concentrated, telling himself that if he dreamed again tonight, he was going to check if he was in a dream.

Throughout the day, he'd periodically pinched his nose, and tried to breathe - the exercise was supposed to help one realize you were in a dream. Because you'd been doing it a bunch in real life, in a dream, you might do it, and upon realizing you could still breathe, it might wake up your mind and cause you to be aware of your dream.

Kevin hoped it worked. He desperately wanted to. The idea of being able to control his dreams was intriguing, but more than that, he wanted the stress from them to end.

He wanted control.

Kelsy was standing in a field, like a stretch of grass for playing sports. She was at a park of some kind. One of those... wire, baseball, fence... things was on an upper field in front of her.

"Hey Kelsy!"

Kelsy turned to find her youngest brother, Bryan, wearing girl's underwear with no pants on. They had yellow flowers on them.

"Wow Kelsy!" Bryan said, "you're right! Ever since you started wearing panties you've been talking about how great they are, and I love them too!"

Kelsy looked from side to side, confused.

"But I haven't been wearing panties Bryan."

"Yes you do. You wear girl clothes all the time now. You're wearing girly overalls."

Kelsy was wearing girly overalls.

"You need to come back to the family picnic Kelsy," Bryan said, grabbing her wrist.

Kelsy turned, and saw a massive crowd of people gathered in a park pavilion.

"I thought this was just our family," Kelsy said.

"We decided to invite the whole town," Bryan said.

"But why?" Kelsy asked, "they hate our family."

"Yes," Bryan said, "but they got over it because grandpa became the mayor."

That didn't make sense to Kelsy. That was strange.

Kelsy pinched her nose.

She could breathe.

Suddenly Kevin became aware.

Woah.

The fuzziness of the dream logic passed away, but only somewhat. His mind felt jumbled - it was willing to accept the weird dream logic. Sifting through his thoughts, he realized he had false memories.

His family didn't live in a small town like the one he saw around him. They lived in a much more urban area.

"Um, Bryan," Kevin said, "do you mind if I have a moment?"

"Okay," he responded.

Kevin expected this to be creepy - that Bryan would let go of his hand but then stand there, dead eyed.

Instead, the imagined thought of his brother ran off to the roofed pavillion where everyone else was. He was still wearing the panties.

Ughghhghh.

His mind was subconsciously doing stuff like that? He felt instant shame that he was thinking about one of his family members in such a way.

Despite his perverted thoughts when awake, he'd always focused them on himself, or on a fictional character. Never did he do that to a real life individual.

He looked down at himself. He could not hear, or taste, or feel. He couldn't even see really. It was like he was blind, but his ability to think, visualize, and imagine was stronger...

Somehow, he knew he was in a girl's body. Kelsy. A female version of himself. His subconscious imagined himself getting aroused in the way a girl would.

He grimaced. That was uncomfortable.

He looked around.

Now what? He'd realized he was dreaming. Could he alter it?

He tensed his mind. He was a boy named Kevin. Not a girl.

That didn't work. If anything, his frustration caused the feminine image of himself to feel more vivid.

Okay... that didn't work. Let's try something else.

Kevin walked over to where everyone was eating. He closed his eyes and combated the dream logic and memories. No. He was... this picnic was actually on the grounds of his university. No one else was around.

The dream changed. They were sitting on a hill, overlooking one of the main science buildings. His family - not a small town, were sitting on a picnic blanket.

"There you are Kelsy," Kevin's Mom said. "We got burgers from Joe's."

Huh. It was strange to Kevin how his mind sometimes grabbed realistic details. Joe's was a local burger place they liked.

Kevin glanced over, seeing that Bryan was still wearing the panties.

"Can you put something on please?" Kevin asked.

"Sure," Bryan said.

To Kevin's disgust, Bryan took off the underwear, flashing himself in front of their family.

No one reacted. Bryan put on a pair of jeans - they just appeared. Kevin couldn't place where they'd come from. His brother put them on without any underwear. Dreams were weird.

Kevin cautiously sat down. He knew he was in a dream. If something bad happened, he'd just blink a bunch, and try to induce himself into waking up. This wasn't some horror movie where he was trapped if something dangerous happened.

"Hope you like the panties," Bryan said, munching on some fries.

Kevin looked down, and suddenly, he was wearing nothing but the panties, and a frilly pink bra.

He freaked out, covering up. Everyone was okay with this.

"Can I put on some pants?" Kevin asked, a bit shaken.

"No," his dad said. "Pants are for boys, and you are a girl."

"That's not true," Kevin said. "It is perfectly socially acceptable for girls to wear dresses, skirts, and pants."

"But you are a girl Kelsy," his dad said.

Darn this stupid dream logic. It didn't like responding to complicated arguments.

"I'm not a girl."

"You're right," Mom said. "You're a girl."

Dumb dream speak again.

Kevin forced himself to think of himself wearing clothes. He was suddenly wearing a pink skirt and a red t-shirt. Whatever. That would work.

"'What are you," his Mom laughed, "transgender?"

Kevin shook. His mind, wickedly, had grabbed something his Mom had said a while back. He'd done... something girly - gosh his dream mind couldn't remember it - and his mom had joked about it.

She hadn't thought anything of it. But it had deeply hit him, digging at his struggles with his kink.

"I am not a girl," Kevin repeated. "I am a boy named Kevin, and your son."

He imagined his parents responding by agreeing with him.

Instead, he woke up.
