Chapter 47
Run
Dragik walk around his two prisoners, amusement twitching on his lips as he watched them wearing this hatred feeling on their faces. Their conditions worsening due to the lasso whipping their skins. He didn’t quite like Natalie's rejection.
"Let me ask you again darling, who would you choose to sleep with you tonight your good friend Nate here who waited an eternity to taste what Mr. Fritzcole had been indulging over and over again for the past months? Or," Dragik pointed a hot rod in front of her, "me? Would you be so courteous to spend the night with me underneath the sheets as we try to erase your experience with your husband? Maybe I could change my mind from killing you if I end up enjoying your company. Think about it, you wanted freedom from the soldier I would gladly give you that and let us spend the ransom money buying guns, explosive and cocaines. Don't you want to be treated like a queen? Because I can guarantee you that title," he mumbled on her ear, ignoring her cringing.
"Can't you see, she repulses you?!" Nate open his unworthy mouth, a very unwise move from him. Dragik directed his scorching rod to Nate's chest and burned his skin. The scream that follow made him smile in satisfaction.
"STOP PLEASE STOP!" Natalie begged.
"Of course I will stop, darling, but I need to hear your answer otherwise I will burn him again," Dragik soothed looking at her again.
"I chose none, please just let us go please," she cried.
"Wrong answer, I was actually kinda liking you, then again your answer forces me to do this," Dragik clicked his fingers at Catalina who continued her assaults at the prisoners.
Every slash of the leather thing reminded Natalie of her ordeal in the Fritzcole's residence. The pain was unbelievable. She wanted it to end, yet begging didn't matter to them as the slashes made her curl like a baby seeking comfort on the dirty floor. Nate beside her groaned in pain too. This is all her fault. If she didn't tell Nate to help her get away from Chasen this situation would not exist. If only she trusted him in the very beginning, she would be in the safety of his protection.
"Such a waste of beauty my dear," Dragik clicked his tongue, "you are such an enchanting woman Natalie I don't want you to die, not yet, see here, tonight we will have the Herculean fight, Nate versus a man that I will choose, and if my man wins you Natalie will be the price so Nate be prepared. Come Catalina let's give them their privacy," Dragik beckoned the brunette to follow him out of the cellar.
"Natalie," Nate whispered when the door closed leaving them in total darkness.
"Nate, I'm so sorry for endangering you, I should had just trusted Chasen, none of this would happened if I believe him. I'm so sorry Nate," her cries were muffled by his chest as he comforted her.
"It wasn't totally your fault, I thought I could trust my two flatmates, Natalie, I am so sorry too," he mumbled, "I brought them in your life...I...I will make sure that we will escape Natalie I...I promise you."
"How? His men are all over the mountains Nate, they will kill us here no matter what!"
"No...I...I think your husband won't...won't let you die like this, he will come get you no...no matter what,"
Natalie wanted to contradict his statement but a light snore escaped his mouth. He passed out due to the pain they had endured for nearly an hour. If Chasen will really come rescue her, she would never ever leave his side ever again. Now she knew the dangers of staying out of his protection.

Chasen trekked the mountains for seven hours now trying to reach where Natalie is. No interesting encounter of armed men yet but he heard a single gunfire echoed all over the place. It could be miles away nonetheless he took his gun out in case he acquired it's assistance.
