"You're The Best Thing That Ever Happened To Me" (Part 2)

Chapter 24

                                                                                (George's POV) 

  I love touring but being away from Amanda is slightly difficult. She is the one who I am going to spend the rest of my life with. She is planning our wedding while I'm on tour. We have a venue and the date set so whats left to do is choose invitations to send out and get my tux and her dress. Plus all the other major things we have left to do. I don't know how she is going to do it. The band has two months left of tour and it is going by extremely fast. I'm excited to spend the rest of the tour with my best mates who I love. They've been in my life for such a long time and I wouldn't have it any other way. They have supported me through so much and I'm lucky to have them in my life. 

  I know that the guys love what we do and it means the world to me to have them in my life. They are the people who have always had my back no matter what. Even through all the breakups that I have been through. There were times when I thought I wouldn't be alive. I had moments where I was so close to losing myself and giving up. The three of them helped me and I wouldn't be alive without them. They have done so much to me. "George! Earth to George Daniel!" Matty waves his hand in front of my face. 

  I snap out of it. "Sorry I was lost in thought." I state. "Thinking about my amazing fiance back at home." 

  "She is amazing and you are lucky to be marrying her. It's nice to know that someone is in your life who supports your dreams because that's important." Matty says as he finishes getting dressed for the show. 

  "I know that Rose is the one for you as well. I have never seen you so happy and full of life until you met her. You two are the perfect match. And I know that you're worried about being a dad but I can tell that you will be an amazing one. Plus they'll have amazing uncles in their lives too." I state, grabbing my drumsticks. The doors open soon. I'm excited to play in front of a sold out crowd tonight. To have the support of the fans means the world to me. Fans are family to us. The feeling of playing in front of sold out crowds is an amazing one. There's no other feeling like it but it is one I love. 

  Adam smiles at us. "You guys mean a lot to me and I am lucky to have you guys as my best mates. You are going to be an amazing dad Matty. You've got this, I know you're worried about it but you got this." 

  "Thanks for the support guys. It means a lot knowing that you guys are going to be in my kids lives because they'll need someone like you to be there for them whenever they need it. I know that part of being a parent is going to be loving my kids no matter what. No matter who they'll love or who they are, I'll love them." Matty states. 

  I smile. "We have a show to do! Show circle!" I hold out my free hand to do our show circle. It is something that  we have done for every show and sometimes includes the people who open for us which would be Rose for the past few weeks. She plays one last show tomorrow before she goes back to London. 

  Ross puts his hand on top of mine. "To another amazing show tonight!" He says as the others puts their hands in. 

  "Thank you for this experience and journey. I am so lucky to have you in my life. Thank you for the support. It means a lot to me to have you guys as friends/family. Thank you so much for having me as the opening act." Rose says as she puts her hand in the show circle. She loves being here and I am glad that she was able to have this experience before becoming a mom.
