"Did I say you could stop, Kitten?" He whispers in my ear from behind.
"Uh. No. Sorry, Mr. Choi." I whisper out.
"Kitten, stop apologizing. Just do as you're told." He de...

The rays from the bright early morning sunset dances across my skin; making it glow. I close my eyes and lean back against the chair on the small balcony connected to our apartment. A cold beverage situated in my left hand and a pencil in my other.
It's currently Sunday. Which means I don't have work today. So I'm sitting here going over a few of the designs I showed Minghao the other day. He gave me some tips on how to get the pieces to lay better together on the paper.
It was nice to have a conversation about fashion; something I really love. He gave me insightful opinions and how to better other designs in the slightest ways. He said that I would be a great addition to the design floor team. I blushed a little at his comment. I waved it off and we went back to our conversation.
Mr. Choi still hasn't been able to solve the money issue, so he's been really stressed lately. He has a theory that someone is taking the money. But he doesn't want to point fingers in case he's wrong. I don't blame him for wanting to wait. It's a possible scandal in the publics' eyes. It wouldn't be good for business.
I open my eyes when the sliding door opens. I turn my head to see Yeji coming out with a soft smile. I give her a smile in return. She takes a seat next to me. She looks out over the bustling city with a relaxed gaze.
"So how's working for, or in this case, with, Mr. Choi?" She asks while not turning towards me.
"Fine, I guess. He still refers to me as Kitten. He also insists that I call him Yeonjun." I say with a sigh escaping my lips. "But like I don't understand why? He's my boss, I should refer to him as Mr. Choi like everyone else does. And also, what's with this stupid nickname? Does he give all his assistants nicknames?"
"No," She mumbles. I turned to her puzzled.
"What do you mean? No?" She glances my way before sighing.
"I have never once heard Mr. Choi call anyone a nickname. Unless "useless piece of crap" counts as a nickname for the people he fires." She sighs. "I personally think Mr. Choi has a thing for his pretty, sexy, beautiful, young, new employee." She winks at me. I roll my eyes.
"Yeah right. He could legit have any model in the world if he wants. Why would he even think, or even look at someone with such average looks?" I ask annoyed.
I know I'm not ugly. But like there is plenty of beautiful models out there for him that would gladly be with him. I don't understand what my appeal is. If there is even an appeal. Maybe he hit his head on something and his brain is temporarily scrambled? Yeah, that's gotta, be it. Only other reason.
"You're hot and Mr. Choi can see that. Now shut up and enjoy the view before Lia walks out in 5 minutes to ask us to take a walk downtown so she can shop." Yeji says while releasing a huge sigh. I chuckle.
