May 30th, 5:00AM

The tower was a peaceful place for a while. There was no noise, not a single soul was disturbed. Until of course, Fury made his wake up calls. First, he went to Zoë, who just got up and shut the door again. What seemed like two seconds later, she came out in the gray shirt and sweat pants laid out for her. "Do I ever get to, I don't know, shower in the mornings?" She asked, but all she received was a glare. "Ok then," she said and clapped her hands together. "Where do I report?"

Fury continued glaring with his one good eye. "This morning you will go to floor 9 until 8AM." Then he walked over to Meghan's room. Zoë leaned against the door frame. She could hear Fury say, "GET UP GET DRESSED AND THEN FLOOR 9!" Then Fury quickly left the room. After a minute, Meghan came out of her room, dark circles under her eyes and hair in a ruffled ponytail.

"Is this a normal morning here?" She groaned.

Zoë nodded. "Pretty sure." Meghan groaned again and slumped against the girl with ebony hair.

"I need sleep!" Meghan mumbled into Zoës shoulder. "And I need food. Now."

Zoë patted her new friend on the back. "Three more hours. Come on, we gotta go to the ninth floor." The two started to walk to the elevator, then stepped into the steal contraption.

Meghan yawned, and asked, "do you know what we're doing this morning?"

Zoë also yawned and answered, "I never know anything around here." The elevator stopped at floor 17, and when the doors opened, so did a wave of smoke. The fire alarms were beeping, the smoke was thick and heavy, and the girls started coughing.

"What do you think happened?" Meghan asked. Then, out if the smoke, Leo stepped into the elevator, garbed in the gray shirt and sweat pants. The girls stared at Leo with jaws open. "Did you...." Meghan started.

Leo scratched the back of his head. "I wasn't ready for the wake up call," he shoved his hands in his pockets. "I don't think I made Fury's good side."

The girls looked at another. Meghan pointed at Leo. "You set the room on fire?" Leo laughed lightly and pressed the button to lead to floor nine.

"Just some bedding, carpeting, Fury's jacket sleeve." Leo smiled widely. "It was pretty great." Zoë covered her face in her hands.

"Please tell me that I'm going to survive this elevator ride."

Then the trio reached the ninth floor. The floor was similar to the robotics room, with the entire floor as one big room, with hallways leading to different rooms in the room itself. Zoë looked around the room, comparing it to the room she had been in a few days earlier. She looked over at her companions, who each were in awe. "This is almost as awesome as I am," Leo commented. The three walked around the room, but after ten minutes, the realized that there was no one else in the room.

"Were we supposed to meet up with someone?" Meghan asked. Zoë bit her lip.

"Last time I met up with Tony," Zoë said quietly, but loud enough so her friends could her here. "And he was waiting for me, I didn't wait for him." Then she walked to the front of the room next to the elevator. "Maybe we're supposed to be on a different floor."
