Zoë 's POV
Sleep is a beautiful thing until someone wakes you up. Which is why on the first day of my training, Nick Fury felt the wrath of my super powers. First, there was the knocking on the door. Then, when I didn't get up and answer it, there was the opening the door. But, I was still sound asleep, so he threw a pillow at me. Which made me very, very, VERY agitated.
"What the heck Fury?" I practically yelled. "It's not even five yet!"
"You need to be up in time to begin trading before breakfast," he barked at me. "Now get ready before I-"
A big blue force bubble hit him in he face. "THATS WHAT YOU GET FOR WAKING ME UP SO EARLY!" Probably not the most smart way to start off the morning, but it did make him leave. I got up, threw my hair in a pony tail, and put on the gray tee shirt and sweat pants provided for me on. I walked out, almost running into the famed Ironman, aka Tony Stark.
"Sorry," I mumbled. "Wasn't expecting you."
He shrugged. "Wasn't expecting to Fury coming out cussing like a sailor. What'd you do to him?"
I shrugged in reply. "Hit 'em with a force field." Tony just looked at me for a minute before putting his hand up for me to high five.
"Nice. Ok so we are going to go to one of the fancy rooms and work on robotics." Tony said. We walked to the elevator and he clicked the down button. We got into the elevator and just stayed quiet. (woohoo right guys?) He folded his hands repeatedly and just sighed. "How old are you again?" He asked.
"I'm fourteen. Fifteen in August," I replied.
He nodded and stayed quiet until the doors opened. We walked out to a very very VERY big room. It was the entire floor, with hallways and different rooms with almost no doors at all. All around the room were robots, robotic parts, old cars, and the most awesome thing ever.
"Is that..." I started.
"Yeah," Tony reached behind his head. "Kinda needed a few new suits. You know, so I could stay Ironman."
"Logical." I stated.
He clapped his hands and a ton of lights came on. "You ready to get to work for two hours?"
"Two hours?!?!" I could feel the fatigue already coming on. "What the heck are we going to do? Build a Ironman suit?"
Tony grinned like the Cheshire Cat.

"That's what the plan is."

Zoë's POV~

"ZOË GET DOWN!!!" Tony screamed and pulled me down behind the desk. The robot I was building, the one that was going to sharpen all my pencils for me, exploded. We decided that I should build a small project before making a suit, but now I think I won't be building a suit any time soon. Tony and I peeked at the robot to see ashes and burnt metal laying in the table. Great....

"I don't think it was supposed to explode."

"No," said Tony, wiping the sweat from his face. "It was not."

We stood around the fail robot we were building. It had somehow exploded while I was putting in the last wire. We had our safety glasses on our heads, and just stared at the remains of the robot. "Well," said Tony clapping his hands together. "Let's try to clean this up before someone sees that we failed."

"Failed at what?" Asked a voice. Looking up I saw that it was Clint, aka Hawkeye. He was wearing a red hoodie and jeans, very casual. Clint walking up to my little, "project" and laughed. "That looks like a grade A project kiddo!" He started laughing harder and then looked at Tony. "You really just let that thing EXPLODE?" The laughter continued.

"Listen Clint, I didn't build Optimus Prime in a day, just let the girl get some practice before we build a- what were we building?"

I crossed my arms across my chest. "A pencil sharpening robot. Who was going to be named B.E.R.T, how did you forget all this in just a hour and thirty minutes?"

Tony was interrupted by the sound of footsteps coming through the door. There stood Natasha, Bruce, Steve, and Thor. All looking at me and my exploded robot. Tony snatched up the remains and put it in a plastic tote thing, then putting it in a file cabinet lined up against the wall. "What happened here?" Asked Bruce.

"Nothing!" Tony stated not wanting anyone to know that we had fail miserably.

Steve crossed his arms. ""I'm sure that you didn't make an effort making the exploding sound effects did you?" We all just started at each other. "Anyway," Steve continued, "Coulsen wants us in his office right now." They all started walking out and I followed them to the elevator, which we took to the fifth floor. The elevator opened up to one huge room that was one room, like the robotics room. These people knew how to take these rooms to the top...

"Coulsen?" Thor said to the room, there was no response.

"Phil?" Called out Natasha, who also got no response. Then a loud, familiar, obnoxious voice came over a loudspeaker.

"Avengers and Zoë," Nick Fury started, "we need you all to come out to the lobby ready to leave. We have two 'Code Reds' one located in Parkland Delaware, the other here in New York. Please come to the lobby immediately." Then the loudspeaker clicked and the message was over.

"But what about breakfast?" Whinnied Clint.

Natasha slapped his arm. "Stop being such a baby Clint. It's not manly."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Standing in the lobby I realized what a 'Code Red' was. A 'Code Red' was something that everyone was ready for.
"Here's the plan," started Fury. "We split up. One van goes to the location in New York, the other to Delaware. I'm taking Thor, Dr. Banner, and Tony to New York. Captain, you're taking the others to Delaware. Any questions?" Steve cleared his throat.
With his arms crossed and his brows knitted together, he asked, "Where did Coulsen go?" Fury didn't answer right away.
"Agent Coulsen and his team had other priorities." Fury growled. The conversation ended there. Then I wondered, where did Coulsen, Fizt and Simmons go? Did it have anything to do with Ward? Did he escape?
"Does it have anything to do with the guy we brought in?" I asked. Fury scowled and mumbled, "none of your business." Not satisfied with my answer, I did something I shouldn't have done. Worming my way into Fury's thoughts, I could hear what he was thinking.
She doesn't need to know that the prisoner for away, he thought. Then she'll find out things she isn't ready to know.
Oh really?
Then Clint raised his hand. "Can we stop for food?"
Fury sighed. "Make it quick." Clint jumped up like a little kid and giggled. Natasha hung her head low with a look that said someone-help-me.
"Everyone get in a van, get the job done, and get back as soon as as you can." Nick began to walk out to where the vans were. We all then split up, with Natasha, Clint, Steve and I assigned to one of the blue, windowless van with the weird bird symbol. Still thinking about the things I wasn't supposed to know, and what was I not supposed to know, I got in the van and sat down in a seat.
"Everyone get ready to rumble," Steve spoke quietly to himself.
"Can we stop at McDonalds for breakfast?" Clint asked?
This will be a day I'll never forget....
