Chapter Eighteen- The Coven Invite

(I fixed my laptop, so we are back up and running! I have no idea what happened, but it's all good now lol)

-------------- Tropical Kingdom ~ Paradise Castle ------------------

(1 Week later)

Joey looks down at the books in front of him. 4 invites for 4 special teens. He had decided to gather the new witches together and create a coven. It'll be good for Alliances between the kingdoms too.

He has heard about the 4 girls who seemed to have been given the witch title.

"How do you plan on sending these?" Nicole questions as she walks into the room with the witch hat that the Tropical Witch in Akala made for him. It was navy blue with a lighter blue ribbon and the National Tropical Kingdom Crystal, Azurite, in the shape of a diamond on both the ribbon and the tip of his new hat. He smiles and carefully puts it on his head. It matched perfectly with his azurite necklace.

"Well... I actually plan on sending them out personally" he tells her.

"Okay... but HOW do you plan on doing that? Didn't you say one of the girls aren't real by any means?" Nicole questions, "How are you going to find her house?".

"The Tropical Witch told me her coordinates" Joey says as he puts the books into his satchel, putting it over his shoulder.

"Okay well... be careful then... it's getting colder these days, and I believe parts of the ocean will be frozen over" Nicole says as she follows her younger brother out of the library.

"I'll be fine" Joey smiles.

------------------ Desert Kingdom ---------------------

(6 hours later)

Shelby makes her way back to the castle with a long yawn. She has had a busy day so far, taking the Grace's to their new temporary school early this morning, doing royal business for the past 3 hours in Silent Winds. She has been offered a couple hours break since there's nothing really else they need help with at the moment.

It was a good thing too, for something has been delivered to Shelby's castle, something she will need to know about.

As Shelby walks into her bedroom where the book has been left for her, she sees it laying on her desk with a couple candles around it. Shelby turns on her desk lamp and sits down to read it.

Flipping open the book, she begins to read it to herself, tapping her fingers on the desk lightly.

"Dearest Shelby, Congratulations, you have been invited to join the exclusive Alvarian Coven of Witches. In order to be become a full fledge witch, and a member of the Coven, you must showcase the following to King Joey of the Tropical Kingdom under a full moon at the Tropical Wolf Sanctuary" she reads. She gasps and then flips the paper to read the things she would need.

"1: You must have a broom" she reads. "Ooh..." she mumbles quietly. She wondered to herself, where would she get a broom?

"2: Find a rare animal to be your familiar". She began to think, rare? She has Nora, a Pegasus who supposedly went extinct many, many, years ago, but Shelby didn't fully trust Joey yet, and she didn't want to put Nora in any danger. She already knew that Lizzie knew of Nora, and that is a risk on it's own, so Shelby knew she would need to find a different, but still rare, creature. She continued to read the last thing.

"3: Display some sort of Magic". Shelby nodded; she could do that. She can create flowers wherever she walks! She can make grass grow and bring it to life! She smiles and folds the book back over. It was just a short message, but Shelby already knew everything she would need, so it was fine.
