As his father asked him to, Hermes departed from Mount Olympus tremendously quickly and set out into the world to distribute his father's message to the seven chosen selected to participate in the experiment orchestrated by Hades.

Although an Olympian god, known to rely on nothing but sheer power and strength, Hermes always carried with him an oddly shaped staff, a mythical object used by the speeding god for centuries to put humans to sleep and convey them particular messages either sent to them by a deity or one caring a special announcement about a task they would have to accomplish. Using this quick, crafty method, the sharp-witted god conveyed with formidable speed any message he would be tasked to transmit to humans without them ever knowing what was happening to them.

Moreover, this outstanding ability that he gained thanks to his mysterious staff, which he held with so much grace, wasn't the only reason the crafty god was called the messenger of the gods. With robust winged sandals gripped to his ankles, allowing him to fly faster than the speed of sound, Hermes was by far the quickest god of them all, wielding tremendous speed, which allowed him to travel across the entire globe in few minutes.

Flying across the seven seas, after blasting past various mountains and forests, the flying speedster began reducing his speed as he started thinking about the task he was appointed. Although simple and straightforward, Hermes began wondering if the seven candidates to whom he was suppose to convey his father's message would appropriately comprehend his ruler's message. Knowing that the humans he would often send messages to often got confused when not being able to comprehend everything said in the messages given to them, Hermes would begin to think about a way he could have acted to ensure that the seven chosen candidates would know precisely what to do when receiving Zeus' message.

After endlessly gassing about what to do, the speedster would continue his march and began sending the important message he carried to all the seven candidates, one at a time. After receiving Zeus' message, the next morning, the seven candidates would all see themselves filled with fear and uncertainty. Although uncertain of what they heard and saw in their dreams, the 7 candidates all carried a strange feeling of reassurance, affirming that the vision they had that earlier night was nothing natural.

Like he had planned to do when traveling across the globe as he searched for the seven candidates, Hermes added a personal message of his own in the dreams the chosen candidates had dreamt the earlier night to spare them from any confusion. In this message, the messenger of the gods had ordered the chosen candidates to all look at their right arms when they woke up, adding that it be a particular spot on their body where they would see an emblem of thunder surrounded by seven stars, the stars representing the number of days they had to leave their respective hometowns and head towards a village called "Dion"; a place known to be the most beautiful of all and situated at the foot of mount Olympus.

When realizing the emergency of the situation, all caring different ideas and suspicions on what was happening to them, the seven candidates who barely comprehended the dreams they had received the night prior portrayed various reactions. Elena, who spent her life feeling useless as she went house to house begging people for food and shelter, felt honored to receive a message from a god and wanted nothing more than to see what would lay ahead of her in this new mysterious journey. Samantha and Ophelia who had similar backgrounds yet caring very different personalities, shared the same emotions as they both were baffled; with too few details on the trip, fear grew on them, for they barely knew anything about the adventure they would soon embark on. They couldn't help but wonder if they had angered the gods by doubting their goodness and cursing their names in their hearts whenever they had the chance.

Knowing they had no other choice but to cooperate, the young ladies both packed their bags and set the place where they had been instructed to go to. Garcia and Leonel, the two god-gifted warriors, on the other hand, had different reactions. Having gone through multiple mysterious adventures their entire lives, the two accepted the request given to them and set out to Dion in hopes of finding further details about the unknown experiment they would participate in.
