It was the day after Taichi and Sora had their café date and Hikari noticed a change in her older brother but she recognized that it was a good change and it made her happy that he was happy with Sora. She had known that they would have been a cute couple and Hikari was glad that she was right. "Hey, Kari." Taichi called out to her and she turned to face her older brother.

"Did you really tell Dad that I was the best candidate for the business?" He asked her with a shy yet appreciated tone and it made Hikari laugh at him.

"Of course, I did, Onii-chan. You are the best candidate and me and Dad will make you believe that." Hikari tells Taichi.

"Don't forget me." Their mom came into the living room, where the two siblings were talking in.

"Hey there, Mom." Both kids greeted their mother, who lovingly smiled at her two growing children. She loved the fact that Hikari had told their father about Taichi being the best candidate to run the company and she was glad that Hikari didn't mind if he did run the company but she knew that it was because the girl wanted to teach in the future so running the family's business would not be in her best interest.

"I will be cooking dinner so so make sure you two are free after 5PM." She warned the two and Taichi looked up.

"Family meeting?" He asked. The woman nodded her head and Taichi smiled at his mother.

"Of course, we will be free before then, right, Hikari?" He turned his head over to his younger sister, who smiled at him.

"Right." She answered him and their mother only sighed at their willingness to be early but she knew that her husband appreciated them being early because sometimes, he is a little bit late coming home due to work.

It had soon became 5 but like Taichi and Hikari had promised, they were at the dinner table at 4:45, making their mother softly smile at them. I hope he's able to get home on time tonight. She thought as she watched Taichi nervously squirm in his seat. The woman knew that Taichi was very concerned about the business nowadays since their father had been training him on how to take over the business. She knew that Taichi would be the best person to run the company after her husband retires from the company but she wanted him to help Taichi with his self-confidence.
