After Taichi had found out that Koushiro worked at the company, he spoke to the teen about what he had witnessed from the people that his father had just allowed to quit. "They were horrible. They always had something to say about his style of leading the company. From what I've seen and experienced, your dad knows exactly what he wants from the company and they couldn't see that." Koushiro tells Taichi, who smiled at his friend.
"Thanks, Koushiro. I knew I could count on you." He spoke as Taichi placed his hands on Koushiro's shoulder. "You're awesome, Koushiro and don't let anyone tell you differently." He tells the young man and Koushiro smiled back at Taichi, happy that he could help his friend out.
"Anytime, Taichi. After all, I do enjoy working here and I have noticed that they are not what their applications say they are. They have listed themselves as hardworking and want what's best for the company but they have been plotting to bring down the company." Koushiro tells Taichi.
Taichi frowned at Koushiro's words and he turned towards his head. "Well, Dad and I won't let that happen, right, Dad?" Taichi looked up at his father. The man looked down at his son as he grinned at him.
"Right. I have a plan and it involves you taking charge once again, Taichi." His father tells him. Taichi listened intently to his father's next words. "I want you to be the boss for a month." Taichi looked at the man with shock in his eyes.
"Father, I-." Taichi's father placed his hand on his son's shoulder.
"Son, I believe you will lead this company to greatness after I officially make you the boss. You have nothing to worry about. Koushiro will be your second hand if he wishes to do that." He tells Taichi and the young man smiled for the confidence boost his father had just given him.
"Thanks, Dad. I will make you proud and I will find all of the people who don't want to see me succeed as your successor." Taichi promised his father and the older man nodded his head at Taichi's words as he ruffled his hair.
"I'm sure you will, son." He spoke softly.
