JIA

Two days had already passed since they went home together.

Her mom still had not returned her car, so now she's forced to take the bus but luckily Sunghoon has been accompanying her. Ahra knew about it of course and she was delighted to hear the two were getting along. She didn't seemed bothered, because she was still convinced Jia was in love with someone.

"So she can't even tell you like him?" Jay asked. She had no one to talk to but Jay. He knew her secret, and lately they formed this friendship since he's always there to offer her company.

"She's dead set with me being in love with some guy." Jia explained.

Jay frowned. "How did you start liking him anyways? I've always been curious."

"8 years ago, I went to a figure skating competition to support my cousin but you could already guess what happened next." Jia smiled, thinking about that day.

"Damn that long? I salute you." Jay said, making Jia laugh.

"How about you? Do you like someone?" She asked him.

Jay chuckled slightly before looking at the opposite direction. "I might."

Jia smiled, pushing him slightly. "Aw look at you. I hope she likes you back. You're a bit nice when you're not mad."

He glared at her but the girl wasn't even fazed. "Pft yeah."

"Jay? What are you doing he— oh." A guy stopped dead in his tracks when he sees the two sitting next to each other at a corner. "Oh! Is this why you're not eating with us anymore?"

Jay blushed and immediately stands up, followed by Jia who bowed politely at the guy. She recognized who the person was. Kim Sunoo stood there with his innocent smile and teasing eyes.

"You're Jia right?" He asked and Jia nods as a response.

"How did you even find me, Sunoo?" Jay asked him.

"You should know, you really have a distinct voice. And someone like me who have been friends with you for such a long time would find it very easy to recognize your voice." Sunoo said proudly, earning a wheeze from Jay himself.

"Pft whatever! We were busy talking but you disturbed us." Jay scowled.

Jia felt out of place so she took that as a cue to go. "Um well it was nice meeting you Sunoo, um I have to go! See you Jay!" She said, all in one breath.

And then she walked away from the two. Sunghoon's popular in her school, yes but he isn't the only one. He and his friends are practically known not only for their looks but also for their talents.

Exiting the library and making her way to a vending machine to buy juice. She grabbed money from her wallet and inserted it inside the vending machine. She sighed as she had just remembered how long it has been since she last ate in the cafeteria. Grabbing the box of apple juice that had just fallen from the vending machine, she stood there just thinking how it would feel like to go back to the cafeteria.
