JIA

Jia finally got her car. That means her parents had already made up from their fight. She felt embarrassed about hers and Sunghoon's conversation yesterday. She really didn't mean to have him hear her cry. The thought that someone was there willing to listen to your cries somehow stopped her from having a full on panic attack.

She parked her car at the school's parking lot, swung her bag into her shoulders and made her way to the gate. Jia looked ahead and was shocked to see Sunghoon standing by the gate while looking around as if he was finding someone.

She shrugged it off for the reason he may be waiting for Ahra. As she got closer and Sunghoon finally caught a glimpse of her, he closed the long gap between the two by approaching the girl.

"What's up?" She asked, casually. "Ahra's not with me."

"I'm not waiting for Ahra, I was waiting for you." He scoffed. Jia raised an eyebrow, wondering why he was waiting for her. Could it be because of yesterday?

"Is this about yesterday?" Jia said, looking away hiding her embarrassed face.

"I'm just making sure you're okay. I see you came from the parking lot, you finally brought your car huh?" He said, also looking away.

Jia nods. "Yeah my parents finally made up somehow. Really I'm fine, you don't need to worry about me."

"You sounded like you were going to have a panic attack yesterday, do you know how worried I was listening to your cries?!" He said, all in one breath. Jia's eyes widened after hearing that.

"I forgot to say this yesterday but..." She smiled at him genuinely. "Thank you for yesterday, if it weren't for you I would've had a panic attack."

He immediately looks away and covers his mouth with his palms. Jia swore she saw a tiny hint of blush on his face. "Really it's nothing." He replied.

An arms suddenly wrapped around Jia making her jump. She turns around to see Ahra grinning at her widely.

"Jia! I haven't seen you for ages where the hell are you eating during lunch?" She frowned. "Um hi Sunghoon!"

"Hey." He smiled at her. "I'll leave the two of you alone, see you in lunch Ahra."

He walked away from the two and Ahra's eyes followed the guy. When he was far away, Ahra finally glances at Jia and wraps her arms around Jia's. "I really want to go out with him again but I don't want to get in the way of his tutoring sessions and practice."

"Why don't you go with him to practice?" Jia asked. "I watch all the time with Mira."

"What if his coach doesn't allow it?" She pouts.

Jia shrugged. "I don't really know but try asking him at least, he may agree."

Ahra nods. "By the way, answer my question earlier, where have you been eating during lunch? I never see you anymore!"

"Do you expect me to third wheel?! No way! I'm at the library with a friend." Jia answered.

Ahra arched her eyebrows. "And who is this friend? Is this the same guy you like?"

Jia laughed. "No. Just a friend really."

"Hm okay. But you know you're more than welcome to sit with us. I know Sunghoon won't mind." Ahra said. "After all the two of you are friends right?"

"Yeah." She replied. "Well I have to get going, I'll talk to you later I guess."

"Wait! I saw your car earlier, does that mean your parents have already made up?" Ahra asked, worried plastered all over her face.
