"Jia wake up."

Jia covered her ears with her pillow and looked away from whoever was waking her up.

"Jia." The soft voice continued on calling her until she couldn't take it anymore. She looked at the person with her half-opened eyes. There she saw Park Sunghoon looking at her, dressed in clothes as if he was going out in the middle of the night. She glanced at the clock and sees it was three am in the morning. What the hell is he up to this late in the night?

"Goodness Hoon, it's three am in the morning. Go to sleep." Jia says before closing her eyes again to sleep.

"Let's go out Jia! I'm bored, come on." He said. "You agreed to go out with me yesterday!"

She groans. "I thought you meant tomorrow morning! If I had known you meant three am in the morning, I would've said no."

"Jia! I want to go on a late night drive with you!" He whines as another attempt to convince her with whatever he has in plan for the night. "You know I'm not going to stop until you agree."

Sighing in defeat, Jia threw a pillow at Sunghoon before getting up to glare at him. She stood up to get dressed with a frown on her face. They were currently at a resort with his friends to support Jay because he was proposing to his girlfriend of 5 years. While they were walking around the resort, Sunghoon had asked her if she wanted to go explore more with him. If she had known he meant three am in the morning, there was no way she would have said yes.

"I hate you for this." Jia frowned at Sunghoon who had the biggest smile on his face because he successfully convinced her to go out with him at this late of an hour.

He giggles. "You'll have fun, I promise! Let's go!" He opens the door for her and she gets out while yawning.

"So where are we going?" She asked as they walked towards his car.

"You'll see. You can sleep in the car, the drive will probably take a while." She nods and opened the car door.

After wearing her seatbelt, she leaned her head on the window to go to sleep but she couldn't. No matter how long she closed her eyes, she couldn't go back to sleep. "I can't sleep anymore! I hate you Park Sunghoon." She glares once more at Sunghoon who only laughed at her. "This isn't funny. I hope whatever you have in plan is worth more than my sleep."

"Spending time with me is worth more than your sleep." He said confidently.

She rolled her eyes and looked back at the dark road. The stars was very visible so she took the liberty of watching it intently. Who knew a bunch of sparkling dots in the sky could mesmerize someone so much?

Like Sunghoon said, the ride was very long. Jia almost got the impression that they were returning to the city. She refused to ask him any question because she was sure he wouldn't give her a proper answer. She trusted his judgement anyway, if he thinks wherever they're going is worth it, then it is. Busily looking at the road, her eyes immediately sees a building. Only then did she realize it was a skating rink.

"Are we going ice skating?" She asked, breaking the silent atmosphere. He nods to answer her question. "Is it even open?"

"I have connections Yoon Jia. I simply asked them to keep it open for us and they did." He said in a confident manner which amused her. That explains why he was so persistent on waking her up earlier. He really did have the whole night in plan.

He grabbed something from the back of the car and her eyes widened when she saw two pair of figure skates with the exact same blades.

"Is this why you asked for my shoe size back in London?" She asked and he nods, a triumphant smile plastered on his face. "Wow."
