JIA
"I had fun yesterday with Mira. I'm glad she could visit." Ahra smiled as the two of them walked together towards their classrooms.
Jia chuckled. "Yeah, a bit chaotic too."
Mira had already returned to her home but before she left, she made sure to give Jia one harsh scolding first for putting herself in the toughest situation possible. Mira made her swore to update her about her life and she agreed.
"Come on, that's what makes Mira fun!" Ahra said.
"By the way, is it true you haven't been talking to Sunghoon that much lately?" Jia asked. "Sorry I'm just curious."
"Nah it's fine. Yeah, I just think he's busy you know?" Ahra smiled. Jia smiled back at her, admiring how positive her friend was. "Well I got to go! See you Jia! Good luck on the exam!"
She waved at her and made her way to her own classroom, her reviewer on hand. Though she didn't have that much time to study in the weekend due to Mira's visit, thankfully she had already studied the lessons covered by the exam beforehand.
Arriving at the classroom and sitting at her designated place, her eyes never left her reviewer. Once the teacher arrived, she shoved it inside the bag and could only hope that she passes the test.
When she got the paper, she immediately cleared her mind and answered the exams with bliss. She looked around the classroom and saw her classmates focused on their answer sheets. She was in Class A after all, everyone's knowledge there was advanced and it was close to impossible for them to slack on an exam.
The day was finally over and the class all sighed in relief after a huge weigh of stress was finally off their shoulders and the final boss they would have to face before holiday break was the test results.
Jia swung her bag on her shoulder and was about to make her way home when Heeseung had held her arm, stopping her from her tracks.
"What's up?" Jia asked, facing him.
"Has Jay contacted you? Or simply texted you anything?" He asked, all of a sudden with no context.
Jia shook her head. "No, sorry. Why? Did something happen to him?" She asked, worried.
Heeseung shrugged. "We couldn't contact him and he didn't attend school today, even though he knew there's an exam."
"I'll try contacting him." Jia smiled.
"Thanks Jia. Good luck on your test results by the way." He smiled back and walked away from her.
She grabbed her phone and looked for Jay's contact number. She typed the sentence: where are you? and pressed sent hoping he would answer but he didn't. Jia brushed off the overthinking thoughts rushing towards her head.
"You seem bothered." She looked up and saw Sunghoon towering over her.
She frowned. "It's Jay. He's not replying to my texts or anything."
"Yeah he's been blowing us off too. Wonder what could've happened to that jerk." Sunghoon said, evident to his tone that he was also worried for his lost friend. "But knowing Jay, he'll come around so don't worry too much."
"Yeah I guess so." Jia smiled. "Well, I'm going home now. Good luck on your test results."
She was about to walk away from him but she stopped dead on her tracks when he yelled. "Wait, Jia!"
