Reunited| Kolvina Story|

Chapter 27

It's almost dinner time and Elijah is on the phone with his younger sister. Rebekah Mikaelson.

"So hows our brother doing?" Rebekah asked Elijah through the phone.

"Which one?" Elijah asked.

"Kol. Last time I saw him was like last year Christmas and he was off the rails." Rebekah reminds."

"He's actually been better." Elijah admits.

"Really?" Rebekah asked sounding surprised.

"Yeah he's been on his best behavior again." Elijah says.

"I'm guessing a girl has something to do with that." Rebekah says.

"Her name is Davina Claire and she's a witch. A very powerful one I should say." Elijah explains.

"Kol has always fancies the witches. He loves magic." Rebekah says. "Well I better go Elijah. We'll talk to alright." Rebekah says.

"You to sister. Take care." Elijah says and the phone call ends.

                                   |Kol's POV|
"Hello Elijah." I say to him as I walk pass the dining area.

"Good Evening Kol." He says.

"Was that Rebekah or Freya that was on the phone with you?" I asked him. I didn't hear much of the conversation but I know he said sister at the end.

"Rebekah actually." He admit to me.

"What she say?" I questioned him.

"She just wanted to see how you're doing?" He admits to me. The last time I seen Rebekah was last year's Christmas.

"Oh." Is all I say to him.

"How's Davina? I notice you guys have been hanging out a lot." Elijah suddenly asked.

I haven't talk to Davina in a couple of hours today and that is to be expected because she's a harvest girl but I'm worried about her.

One of the girls found out about us and Davina refuse my help. She's willing to do whatever the girl says.

"She's fine." I say to Elijah.

"Well dinner will be ready soon. Maybe you should invite her over. We would love to have her over again." Elijah suggested.

"I don't know if it's the best time right now. She's pretty busy." I admit to him. I need to give Davina her space. She's going through a lot.

"Very well." Elijah says and he walks away from me.

|Davina's POV|
I'm at a bar right now and I'm just trying to clear my head. I invited Josh over with me so we can talk. I haven't seen him since my date night with Kol.

"Hey Davina." Josh says approaching me as he takes a seat next to me at the bar.

"Hey." I say to him.

"Well you certainly know your bars." Josh says and I look at him weirdly.

"What do you mean?" I asked him.

"This bar is filled with the supernatural." He says and I look around. I recognize some of these people from the reunion party. How did I miss that?

"Well I had a rough day." I admit to him as I take a big gulp of my alcohol.

"Is it the harvest or Kol?" Josh asked.

"It could be both. One of the girls found out about my relationship with him and now she wants me to quit." I explained to Josh.

"Yeah I'm gonna need a drink for this. Excuse me!" Josh calls the bartender over. "Bourbon please." Josh says and the bartender nods. "So who found again?" Josh asked again.

"Her name is Monique and she is one of the harvest girls. Now she is the captain of the harvest because I had to give her my captaincy so she doesn't tell." I elucidate to Josh.

"What did you say to her?" He asked and the bartender comes back with Josh drink.

"I told her I'm not leaving and then she said well say your goodbyes Davina. So now I'm here at bar because I realize tomorrow is my last day as a harvest girl." I say to Josh as I take another big gulp of my drink.

"Man that sucks. I'm sorry Davina." Josh says.

"Don't be. It's not your fault. I did all of this to myself. I risk everything to be with Kol and now I'm paying for it." I say to Josh.

"But I was the one that told you to go back to Kol. It was me who influenced you." Josh admits but I don't blame him. Josh helped me find my happiness again.

Without Kol, I'm a reck but when I'm with him. I feel more alive then I ever been. Kol is definitely worth breaking the rules for.

"I don't blame you. In fact I'm glad you told me to do it because now I'm happy again." I say to Josh as I place my hand on his shoulder. Josh gives me a side small while I give him a big one. "Thanks for being such an awesome friend to me." I say to him.

"You're welcome." He says and I give Josh a hug. I'm so lucky to have Josh in my life again. He is truly my best friend in the whole wide world.

"To friendship."Josh says and he raises his glass.

"To friendship." I say and we tap our glasses together as we take a big gulp of our alcohol.
