You Don't Like The Rain?: Duncan Shepard

You and Duncan had decided to go grab dinner at the restaurant down the street from your penthouse and decided to walk there instead of taking a car.  You had just come back from the bathroom and saw that Duncan was finishing up with the waitress as he grabbed your leftovers when you heard/saw the rain start pouring down the rain. 

"Whew, this is gonna be fun to walk home in." Duncan said sarcastically as he made his way over to you. 

"It's just a little rain Dunc, i promise your not gonna melt." You said smiling up at him as he wrapped an arm around your shoulder. 

"Here before you guys leave, i know it's probably not gonna help that much but maybe it will help you guys stay a little dry at least." The waitress said handing you an umbrella to which you thanked her for. 

Duncan walked out first opening the umbrella as you walked out behind him, you took the food from his other hand and laced your fingers with his as you two started walking back to the penthouse. 

"This is kinda romantic if you think about it." You said as you two walked home. 

"What is romantic about getting soaked by the rain y/n? The cold that's mostly like gonna form from this?" He asked. 

"Are you saying that kisses in the rain aren't romantic Duncan?" You asked him as you stopped in your tracks letting your hand fall from his. 

Unlike your boyfriend, you actually enjoyed the rain and found it quite calming and always wanted to kiss someone in the rain but you could see that wasn't gonna happen. Duncan turned around and sighed when he saw you standing in the rain with a goofy grin on your face. 

"What am I going to do with you princess?" He asked making his way over to where you were standing. 

He finally reached you and placed the umbrella above both of you before bending down and placing a kiss on your lips, before you two pulled apart before he prepped your face with a few more kisses earning a giggle for you. 

"It's only romantic if it's with you princess, now come on, we should get home before we get even sicker." He says grabbing your hand. 

You two finally reached the doors of the penthouse where you walked inside and tried to dry off some before you got in the elevator. Just as you were going to head to the elevator, Duncan pulled you back in front of him. 

"I love you." was all he said cupping your face as he placed a delicate kiss on your lips.
