Michael gently placed Y/N on the bed while hearing a barely-there heartbeat which meant he had to work fast to save her from the same fate that they had all suffered.

"Michael, what's going on?" She asked through clouded vision.

"Look I know you are highly confused about what Jim did and I promise to explain everything but for now, I need you to listen and do everything I ask to, okay?" Michael says.

Y/N nodded at his words watching as his blurred figured moved around the room yelling for someone before taking a seat on the bed next to her. A few minutes later, she feels the nbed dip down before she felt Michael lifted her head into his lap.

"Okay Y/N, I need you to drink as much of this stuff that Duncan is about to give you alright?" Michael asked as Duncan bit his wrist.

"Okay. Is Jim alright at least?" She asked making Duncan hesitate on his next actions.

"He's alright. He's just worried about you like we all are." Michael said with a smile at how she cared for Jim even though he almost killed her.

"Drink this Y/N, as quickly and as much as you can." Duncan said placing his wrist over her mouth letting some of his blood trickles into her mouth.

Y/N tried to ignore the tang metallic taste that was filling her mouth or the fact that she was drinking it from Duncan's wrist. She began to wonder if they were really vampires like she had she read in those books, but she felt herself growing more tired.

"Get some rest Y/N. Everything will make sense once you wake up." Michael said removing her from his lap and laying her back on the pillow.

Duncan and Michael quietly made their way out of the bedroom but not before Michael saw a rather interesting book on the nightstand titled the Untold Truth of Vampires. He grabbed the book on his way out the door and made his way down the stairs to talk with Duncan and Jim.

"How is she? Did I kill her?" Jim asked once Michael entered the living room.

"She's fine, we were able to give her some of Duncan's blood and now she's resting. But can you explain this?" Michael asked setting the book on the table.

"She has a project on Dracula, for her English class, that's what I assumed it was for. Do you think that she's figured it out?" Jim asked worried that he might have missed the signs or something.

"I don't think so, I mean do you think that she would've called us if she knew the truth? I mean why would she put herself in that kind of danger?" Duncan asked.

"You two honestly don't give Y/N credit for anything.  I wouldn't be surprised if Y/N had figured out between the way you acted around her and her books. Just don't overwhelm her when she wakes up, let me do the talking." Michael said.

A few hours later Y/N was awake and she slowly made her way downstairs knowing a conversation is to be had but for some reason, she didn't feel nervous or anything about being around them now that she had an idea of what they truly were.

"How are you feeling Y/N?" Michael asked walking over to her.

"Alright, thank you for whatever you and Duncan did to save my life, I really appreciate it." She said wrapping her arms around him.

"Your welcome. Jim and Duncan are outside, so if you are up to we would like to talk to you about everything that happened since you met us." Michael asked.

She nodded following Michael outside where she saw Duncan and Jim talking until they stepped outside. Jim was the first one to stand up and wrap her in his arms feeling insanely grateful that she was still alive.

"It's okay Jim, I'm still here." She said quietly running a hand through his hair.

They pulled apart and took a seat on of the benches where Michael slowly began discussing everything about them and what they were.

"Wait a minute...Duncan's a vampire? I thought that it was only Jim and Michael who were vampires. I mean no offense Duncan you don't give off the same energy that these two do." Y/N said making the three vampires look at her with smiles on their faces.

"What do you by he doesn't give off the same energy as us?" Jim asked looking at her.

"Well, Michael for example it's very obvious that he wasn't from this time period based on how he talks and carries himself while you are very intense and skittish around humans but I was never afraid of being around you three." Y/N said.

"At least that saves us from the usual talk. But Michael saved me after I nearly died from alcohol poisoning and we saved Jim from an overdose that would've killed him." Duncan said making Y/N squeeze Jim's hand.

Later that night, Jim and Y/N were laying in bed together just talking about the events that happened tonight.

"Are you sure that you aren't freaked out that you've been dating a vampire these past five years?" Jim asked.

"Nope, not even a little bit. I'm just glad that you are still here and our paths were able to cross." Y/N said placing a kiss on his lips.

"Me too sweetheart." Jim said as they pulled apart.
