Due to my sleepless night, I'm still awake even before the sun is up so I put on one of my cloaks as it's a little cold in my chambers right now. I feel like taking a walk through the castle, so I quietly leave closing my door behind me enough to not make a sound. But that same bad feeling from last night shows up again, I can't help but try to shake it off even though it keeps coming back with each step I take. I realized I walked right to the door of Morgana's Chambers, I look around the corridors again to see that no one is there so I open the door stepping inside trying to not make a sound not to wake her up. Slowly I approach her bedside as I sit down on the chair that's there next to her and placing my hand on hers, only to pull away as she's completely still as if she's not even breathing at all. My eyes go wide at seeing this as I stand up and rush out of her room to find someone.
"SIR LEON!!!"
I cry out once seeing him as he runs to me seeing my distress. I try to get a couple of breaths in and out.
"IT'S LADY MORGANA, SHE WON'T WAKE UP!!!" I cry as he rushes to alert Arthur and the King as he yells:
"GO GET THE COURT PHYSICIAN, NOW!!!"
I race down to Gaius's Chambers trying hard not to trip on my dress. I rush down the steps and launching myself out of the doors of the castle and down the stairs that go down to the Castle Square and going down the tunnel corridor when Gaius's chambers are located and once I get there I bang on the door as if my life depended on it. Gaius flings the door open, seeing me his eyes go wide only for me to cry:
"GAIUS IT'S MORGANA, SHE WON'T WAKE UP, I TRIED TO BUT SHE'S!!!" He then lets me in as he packs up a few things in his court physician bag as Merlin speeds out of his room as the tears fall down my face thinking that I'm going to lose my friend. All three of us rush back up into the castle, straight towards Morgana's Chambers. I hold Gwen as we both start crying, having a hard time with seeing Morgana like this as we stand away from the rest of them before leaving her chambers as it was slightly too much for us. I try to calm her and myself down as we wait by the Griffin staircase.
BACK IN MORGANA'S CHAMBERS
"Her body seems to have closed down." Gaius says this to Uther only for him to look up and to ask:
"Why? You don't have an answer, do you? Nothing you've tried so far has worked. It's been nearly two days. And what do you know?"
"I fear she may have some form of inflammation of the brain." Gaius tells him.
"What could cause such a thing?" Uther asks.
"An infection, possibly, rest assured, I will do everything in my power to cure her, Sire." Gaius says as Uther and Arthur stay behind to look after her as I see Merlin and Gaius coming down the Griffin Staircase towards us.
"Is she any better?"Both Gwen and I ask as we walk up to them only for Gaius to shake his head no. Gwen rushes out of my embrace as she climbs the stairs as Gaius descends and meets Merlin on the landing as I follow him as well.
"She's all but dead, Merlin, Mira." Gaius says sadly looking at the two of us.
"No, you're going to cure her. You have to." Both of us say to him now.
"Don't you two start. I've tried everything." Gaius sighs at the two of us.
"I was wondering..." Merlin stops, looking at the two of us, my eyes go wide at what he was about to say.
"What?" Gaius asks.
"Maybe I could..." Merlin waits for a few guards to pass by.
"...help." Merlin says, I glare at him slightly.
