What I did not realize was that this pool was heated. So since I was shivering from the chill, Jin turned on the heater from the opposite side of the house. It only took about 30 minutes for the pool to become nice and warm feeling myself relax.

"So, tell me something about you that no one else knows." Jin said as he helped me float on the water on my back.

"Hmmm." I hummed thinking about it. "Oh, I have a degree in political science. When I was 16 and the reality of my future responsibility hit me, I knew I needed to educated myself. I had private teachers for about 3 years and graduated early. Not very many people know that. Not very many people think I can run a country. Which is probably why everyone was so happy when we announced our engagement."

"They weren't just happy for you?" He asked, his voice soft.

I kept my eyes closed. Because honestly, I was happy to have help and not have to do everything on my own, but if I had to do it, I absolutely could. "No, they were happy that there would be someone next to me."

"They need to understand that decisions will be a partnership, not you standing pretty next to me while I dictate both countries." He said, his voice must more stern now.

I turned my head a peaked an eye open smiling at him. "Thank you." I said. "It's good to hear that I will have a say. I am smarter than I come across."

"I always thought you were intelligent. Most witty people are highly intelligent."

"You think I'm witty?"

"Absolutely."

He curled his arm around me, making me flush against him but continued to let me float. "What about you?" I asked. "What is something about you that no one knows?"

There was a short pause before he spoke. "I think I'd have to say that people don't realize how much I missed growing up. We've talked a little about this before, there was so much that I had not been able to do that typically teenagers and young adults did that I didn't get to experience."

"Oh my gosh, yes!" I said standing to my feet and facing him. "You get it!"

He laughed. "Yeah, there are a lot of things I never got to do that I always wanted to do."

"Like what?" I asked, throwing my arms around his neck as he sat on the steps holding me.

He smiled. "I always wanted to go skinny dipping." My eyes went wide and a smile split my face in two.

"I've always wanted to do that!" I said. "But I knew if any pictures got out, I would be absolutely ruined."

"Right." He laughed.

"I really want a tattoo." I said, making his eye brow raise. "Nothing trashy or huge. Something simple yet meaningful."

"Well, what's stopping you?"

"Need something meaningful." I shrugged.

"Noted." He smiled. "Anything else you've wanted to do but couldn't?"

"Probably a lot of things. I just can't think of any at the top of my head right now."

"That's fair. Any time we think of something let's tell each other. Maybe we can make them happen." He suggested.

"Sounds great to me."

We spent about another hour in the pool just talking and enjoying our time together. The kitchen staff had brought out a huge lunch that was supposed to be for everyone, but alas it was just Jin and I.

He told me a lot of stories about how he and Namjoon and Taehyung used to spend a lot of nights together when they were kids. They would make forts and try to scare each other, also playing a lot of pranks on one another. They would often get into trouble with Jin bailing them out.
